1999 Chevrolet Express Description

1999 Chevy Mark III Conversion Hitop Van.. Runs great but does have some issues.. 4.3 v6... van has a service engine light on... will need brakes... radio and mood lights etc.. do not work... there is a leak on the top of the windshield.. has some rust... was used as work van and seats were removed.. seatshave now been put back in but not installed... motor and trans feel good.. this is a no reserve auction... starting bid 1500 high bidder wins..
