2000 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500 Description

Here is a clean truck I am selling for my friend. He had a stroke and can not drive a stick due to very weak right arm. It is equipped with a 4.3 Litre, V6, and a 5 spd manual trans. I had Hiro's Transmission here in Lancaster rebuild the trans and redo the clutch for $1850 and I have build receipt to prove it. It has no miles on it. I had four brand new tires put on it at a cost of $500 and they have no miles on them. Selling on EBAY because I think my buddy has capped out the value of this truck and should not put another dime into it as it will only be a further loss. Here in CA. vehicles that go unregistered too long start building "back penalties" on them and this truck now has $500 owed at CA. DMV, plus it needs proof of a smog, another $80. So, I think selling it out of state should free up this problem and save my buddy money. It does run and drive fine. It was silver but then repainted six years ago this viper blue. It is a medium quality job in my opinion and clear coat is bubbling on hood. Also paint on top of bed shown in picture is scraped. Wheels are 20 inch something's, tires are new but one rim had a crack and was welded as shown in pic. Front drivers wheel that is. Interior is nice, dash and door panels are perfect. Head rests are torn and behind the seat. Headliner is starting to come unglued. Glass all good, brakes are fine, AC is not cold. Truckis dry and solid,no rust anywhere!!
