2004 Chevrolet Express Base Extended Cargo Van 3-Door Description

I bought this Carpet Cleaning van on 06/17/2011 from a Stanley Steemer franchise in CA. This is a 2004 van with a 2007 Kubota cleaning unit. It used to have a Ford engine in it but through the years Stanley Steemer has found that the Kubota engine was a better unit and has had it switched over. I used the van for a season and it worked great. The van ran great as well as the cleaning unit in the back. After the season my family and I move to Utah and I found a great job and didn't have time to clean on the side, so for the next few years it has only been used a hand full of times. The van its self runs great but I know that the cleaning unit needs a new fuel pump at the least. The last time I ran the cleaning unit was around the middle of 2016. Other then the fuel pump and a few small leaks in the fittings the cleaning unit ran very well but it has been a little bit since I've tried to run it. Due to space I have no choice but to leave it outside and uncovered and because of that I drained the tanks and am unable to even try to start it until the weather is better. Also included is 1- 6 jet stair tool, 2 upholstery tools, approx. 250 ft of vacuum hose, 3- 100 ft solution hoses, 1 solution tank, 1 inlet water hose, aluminum shelf, 1 tile wand, 1 electric sprayer and a couple of pre-spray jugs.
