This is your opportunity to own a great Bel Air without breaking the bank. I purchased this 57 Bel Air 2 door hardtop 5 years ago. This Bel Air gets a lot of attention and has won some regional car show awards but it is not a high level show car.It has a 350 motor mated to a 350 Turbo automatic transmission. The car starts right up, runs, shifts, and drives very good. The paint is overall good but not perfect and is your typical “20 footer”.You will see minor flaws and some patch work if you know what you are looking for.The majority of the chrome is new but some of the chrome is not.The interior is very nice and has new seats, carpet, and headliner that have been professionally installed. It has brand new tires and Boss Wheels that really look great on the car and they set the style apart from most of the other Bel Airs you see at the car shows. It has front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. No power steering or AC.There is an older AM/FM/CD player under the dash with speakers that do work but I rarely used it.Most of the dash gauges are not hooked up.The mileage is unknown and it is not numbers matching. The windshield and rear glass are good but not perfect. The side glass is all there but could be re-worked or some trim replaced if you desired but after 5 years I never had much need as I only drove it in nice weather. The engine compartment and trunk are unrestored.Headlights, tail light, brake lights, turn signals all work.I am a licensed Indiana dealer but have used this car for personal use.The car currently has a TN title.Since I have an Indiana dealer's license, I have to collect sales tax at the tax rate of the state in which you live. You will not have to pay sales tax again in your state.
