2005 Chevy Avalanche 4WD 4 Door Lifted New 33's LT

We are selling a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche LT 4x4 that came to us via new car dealer trade.

This Chevrolet Avalanche is in extremely well kept condition. It is obvious that it was garage kept and the previous owner took pride in their vehicle. The car starts right up, and runs and drives perfectly. The automatic transmission shifts as it should. The brakes stop well. And it runs down the road straight. This car has very low miles for its age and it’s in better condition than most 2-3 year old pickups I see on a regular basis. We are a wholesaler and make our living buying and selling cars through the dealer auctions. We only retail the best, cleanest units we get to the public.

It is finished in a beautiful red paint that still maintains its shine. The Grey Cloth interior seriously looks like no one has ever sat in it. It’s THAT clean.

The car features power windows, power door locks, power antilock brakes, ICE COLD air conditioning, push button 4 wheel drive alloy wheels, factory tonneau cover and bedliner on the bed and more.

When we got this truck we were absolutely amazed at its condition. It was a one owner truck that was owned by a family in central PA, and after 12 years of loving care and ownership and 102k pampered miles it was traded in to a Chevrolet dealership in Central PA. The truck seriously looks like its BRAND NEW. Everyone who has seen this truck says those exact words, not only is the paint bright clean and shiny, but there isn’t a noteworthy scratch or cosmetic flaw to be had. There isn’t one spec of rust on this truck! The truck was undercoated and rustproofed early in it’s life and it clearly shows. It doesn’t have the typical “crunchy” undercarriage of northeast trucks. The carfax showed a perfect history and 33 dealer service visits over the course of its life. This is basically the holy grail of older GM trucks. As we all know they tend to rust out the cab corners and the rockers. The typical question with a GM truck isn’t does it have rust, but rather “how much rust does it have”.

We decided that we needed to give this truck some special attention to bring it out to it’s full potential. Being as nice and clean as it was we decided to lift the truck 3”, including all new shocks all around, that cost us $800. Then we mounted a set of polished ION wheels with 33” all terrain tires to complete the look. The wheel and tire package cost us $1400. Once the lift was completed we sent the car to the best tire shop in the area to get a complete 4 wheel alignment to make sure it tracked straight and true $100.

The entire suspension lift and wheels and tires on this truck are BRAND NEW, installed by us at a cost of $2500. This is not some truck that has been out in the woods or in the mud. After all there isn’t a scratch in it!

I have personally driven this vehicle and it rides smooth and tracks straight at 80 mph +.

This is a one owner truck that has only traveled 102k miles in it’s pampered life.

There are no check engine lights, strange noises or fluid leaks. The engine is quiet, smooth and powerful.

These Avalanches are a great balance between an SUV and a Pickup and are highly sought after, With the back seat up you have the seating space of a Crew Cab Pickup or Tahoe, but when you put the rear seat down, you essentially have the hauling capacity of a long bed pickup truck – this truck can carry a 4x8 sheet of plywood flat in the bed. They are probably the most versatile truck GM has ever put out. This one does not have all the plastic cladding on the body, which I think makes it look cleaner and more truck like. Some people love the plastic cladding, others don’t. I personally am not a fan.

These truck have the LS based 5.3l motor, which routinely goes to 300k miles with just basic maintenance. This particular Avalanche also has the push button 4 wheel drive option which makes it highly sought after for its all weather performance.

The bottom line with this truck is that if you are looking for a GM pickup or Avalanche you will NOT find a nicer one for year / miles. It looks brand new, stands tough, and rides perfectly.

This vehicle has been through our shop and has been completely serviced and evaluated. The car has a fresh oil change for the new owner. We also replaced the driver door master window switch because the diver door window was not coming up intermittently This vehicle checked out clear and has no known mechanical issues at this time.

Now every used car has its cosmetic flaws – otherwise it wouldn’t be used! Here is what our inspection has revealed:

There are a couple very tiny stains in the interior upholstery – one in the edge of the rear seat and on the drivers side a pillar.

Overall it’s a VERY nice car especially for the year. I would rate it a 9.5 / 10 overall and I’m VERY picky with cars. I tend to be overly critical and under describe cars, but I’d rather you be impressed when you get your new car rather than disappointed due to the unrealistic descriptions that many dealers offer. Now onto the legal stuff: Status Motors of NJ LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured used car dealer in the state of New Jersey. Our retail lot is located at 69 Groveville Road, (corner of Rt 130 and Groveville Road) in Bordentown, NJ. Any inspections must take place on site at our facility, and be concluded before the end of the auction. NJ residents MUST pay 7% sales tax in addition to the winning price of the bid. No exceptions. Out of state residents must pay their own taxes when they go to register the car in their local municipality.

All purchasers (including dealers) must pay a $199 documentation fee, which covers the cost of overnight mail and title transfer, ebay fees etc. Temporary vehicle tags are available to both in state and out of state residents, they cost $25. Non-resident temp tags are valid for 20 days from the date of issuance. Resident temp tags are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. All cars are sold as-is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. All retail customers will be obligated to sign an as-is where is acknowledgement as part of the purchase paperwork. Please be advised that pictures and descriptions provided are in order to best describe vehicle.

Buyer should expect to find 'normal wear' that would be consistent with the vehicles age and mileage. Older vehicles may show undercarriage rusting consistent with vehicles age and mileage. When a vehicle is being offered in an 'As Is' condition, any description of the vehicle's mechanical running condition pertains only to the condition at the time of ebay listing and does not guarantee the vehicle's future running condition.
