1966 Chevrolet Caprice Description

What we have for auction is a 1966 Chevy Caprice vin #166476L146738 that has 64K miles on the body the engine has been rebuilt. It has a BBC 396 with a turbo 400 tranny a 12 bolt non posi rear end. It has a Holley Avenger 670 Carb a new HEI Distributor. It also has new drum brakes on all fours, new front drums, new master cylinder, new brake booster, new wheel cylinders on all four, also has new tires. Brand new shinning black paint job, body is straight only major body work that was done was on the lower rear driver side was replaced. The rear floor pan under the rear seat was also replaced due to rust as well as the passenger side trunk pan. All gauges and lights work the clock even works. All new weather stripping, new carpet, new headliner, the seats have no rips but are a little faded do to the sun. All the windows roll up and down nicely. I was told that the guy who had it originally used to race it on the track on the weekends and never put to many miles on it. Runs and drives great.

This car will need a few things hence the low price, it is an original AC car but needs the front equipment I did purchase just the a/c delete plate to install the blower motor for the heater that I will include. Will need the wiper motor, I have the wiper arms. It is a no power steering car I have the pump and gear box was going to make it into one but needed a different pittman arm so I just put the original stuff back on, I will also include that. The exhaust mufflers just finish right before the rear end, the windshield has a crack on the top driver's side corner.

I fixed it up to sell this car was intending to finish it all the way but I have another project that I need to finish and I figure someone would want a little project that just need a few touches to make it their own. I will continue to work on it when I have the time. If you do the research this cars go from the low 20's finished up, the starting bid is almost half that. I am being honest and true because I know how it is buying a car especially on ebay, I put a lot of time into this car and want to see it go to a person that will appreciate it and love it as I have. I have car for sale locally and plan on taking it to shows to sell, so don't miss out. If you have any questions please feel free to message me. Thank you.
