For sale, my 1957 Chevrolet Belair Nomad.I have owned this car for about 18 months. I was restoring the car, but I have decided to go in another direction.I have spent numerous hours repairing/replacing parts and making this car road worthy without destroying the beauty of a true survivor. The car runs and drives at this point. The Nomad is powered by a 327 small block, it has a 4 bbl Holley 650 cfm dual feed carburetor backed by a GM turbo 350 transmission (column shift) and dual exhaust.Flow master 50 series mufflers add the rumble. The seats (front and rear) have been reupholstered in the original style. I have 100% of the exterior trim and about 90% of the interior trim. The car has two small patch panels in the floor pan. This is a very solid car and the VINs plates have never been off the car.The roof of this car is solid with no rust. The Nomad has a clear Nevada title. Some of the new parts installed include: fuel pump, water pump, alternator, performance aluminum radiator, fuel lines (front to rear), gas tank, sending unit, brake lines(front to rear), ball joints, idler arm, tubular A arms(upper and lower), brake booster, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, disc brake conversion, shocks, coil springs, window regulators, weather stripping on all doors, door and vent windows, and Cragar chrome mags.New parts not installed but that go with the car are: gold anodize grill, complete black carpet kit, door sill plates, fire wall pad, cargo area screw kit, interior screw kit, misc small parts, and one original fender.Own a piece of history, the Nomad was produced in very limited numbers from 1955-57.1957 saw the end of production and the lowest production numbers of the model, with a little over 6000 made. The 1957 Nomad has the most recognizable body lines of the tri-five era, those fins and inserts. The car is located in North Las Vegas. Please, no tire kickers and absolutely no trades.I am looking for cash only to fuel another project. No texting or email. If you have questions about the car or would like to make an appointment to see it, call me (Kirk) at 702-646-6625, during decent hours (not before 7:30 am and not later than 9:30 pm Pacific standard time).
