1997 Chevrolet Tahoe LT Description

This is a 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe 4x4 with an original 82k miles! This is the fully loaded model with every option offered that year! still has the original tires that rolled off the assembly line 20 years ago! This is a true Barn Yard find. The owner had it parked inside temperature controlled garage most of it’s life. This a CA truck from birth to so absolutely no rust! It I acquired this vehicle from a friend of mine who can no longer drive and it just sits.
The interior of the truck is in in excellent shape over all. The interior reflects on the low mileage. All the seats are in pristine shape except the driver’s seat has some minor blemishes. The rear seats look brand new! It has a couple of small tears. The carpet and headliner are in excellent shape with no tears. All the buttons and all the Interior features work great. The interior smells nice and clean with no weird or smell.
The exterior of the truck is also in good shape. All the doors and hood all align perfect. The body is straight. The paint is in good shape but the clear coat is coming off on the hood and the roof. It has a couple of dings from being a used car but nothing major. All the windows, glass and lights are all crack free. Overall, the exterior of the truck in solid shape.
Mechanically, the truck is sound! It is just breaking in at 82k miles! We just had the A/C serviced and blows ice cold. Two years ago a new compressor was installed. Truck is very solid and drives straight as an arrow. The engine does not shake, vibrate or make any weird noises. The truck does not leak any fluids. There is no check engine light or any warning lights on. The truck just passed the very strict CA emissions and so you know the truck is in very good mechanical shape. The tires are from when Clinton was president and so yeah they need to be replaced! If you replaced the tire, I am confident the truck would make it to New York without a problem.
I acquired this car from a client of mine as he couldn’t drive it anymore. He is an elderly person and he drove it gently and was very well taken care of.
