2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT Turbo Dream Series Description

I know its not a classic, but has classic styling and could very well be in the future. For your consideration is a 2004 PT Cruiser Dream series edition series 3. There were only 1500 of these made in 2004 and it has the Turbo High Output 2.4 Auto trans, the same engine as the SRT4 Neon. It has nearly every conceivable option including leather heated seats, 6 disc in dash, traction control and abs brakes, sunroof, etc. The car only has 109K on it and runs very well. Completely stock with fresh K&N drop in filter. This car was a repossession at one time and states that on the title. This is NOT a salvage title car, it is clean title with no current liens. Please inspect the autocheck report. There are no signs of structure damage to this car other than possibly prior front bumper damage down low as indicated on the report. The bumper looks to have been possibly repaired, but looks like a decent job with no issues. Lower and upper core support are original and straight.
I have gone through it checking everything and the only thing that doesn't work is the right low beam headlight. The fog lights and everything else work. The interior was smoked in, but finally fading out and nearly gone. It cleaned up great and has mechanically been inspected. The keyless remote works, A/C works fantastic and will freeze you out. I installed a new hose and had it professionally evac and refilled. No leaks. It doesn't overheat, the fans kick on as they should, I put in a new thermostat only because it was seeping at the seal. Just changed oil and filter with full synthetic. I checked the brakes on all four corners, they look nearly new. The tires are pretty decent, the fronts have 65-70% tread and the rears are 40-50%. Great car and runs fabulous with surprisingly good power. Engine has no strange noises or leaks, the transmission shifts as it should. I didn't check the plugs and maybe could use replacing, has what looks to be original factory mopar plug wires.
The wheels are as from the factory 17" and neat 2 tone paint. Fly in and drive it anywhere! It does have normal scratches and dings of a used car this age. There is some paint bubbling on the LR wheel lip about 3" section. I assume there may be some rust starting in that one small area. A few small areas on the roof have the clear coat starting to flake. The rear carpet in the trunk looks as if some bleach was spilled back there. The carpet could probably be died black again if it was a real issue. The main carpets and original Dream Cruiser floormats are in decent shape for the age. If you want me to nitpick all the little flaws come on out and bring whomever you like to inspect this neat little machine. I invite you to have a 3rd party inspection done, it is located in Kansas City Ks. Please call me with any and all questions at 913-669-4873 Thanks and God Bless!
