This is a very rare factory built 1934 Mercedes 500k/540K replica,called a Centaur,& factory built in 1981,on a brand new 1981 Pontiac Grand Prix chassis,with a big 3.8 liter V6 engine,automatic transmission,tilt column,cruise,power brakes,steering,windows,& locks, cool flip out rumble seat, full tan leather interior,even in rumble seat. has a rumble seat step, 7 classic styled gauges, tinted windows,2 piece windshield,& 2 piece front hood,very thick suicide doors, & small trunk under the rumble seat,dual side cowl lamps that do move from inside the car, tan top that disappears under a small flip up tonneau cover,has 4 real wire wheels, am/fm/stereo with cassette,& built in the same area as the famous Excalibur cars,in Milwaukee,Wisconsin by American Classic Automotive Corp.,& these cars were over $60,000. new 33 years ago,& would cost well over $100,000. to build today. an original 500K or 540K 34/36 Mercedes is now 6 Million dollars or more !! this car is around 16 feet long,whith 108" wheelbase & very solid weight of 3500 pounds,and only 75 cars were ever built. these are super rare cars, titled as 81 Pontiac.
The AC is blows but is not cold, expected wear and tear for a car this age. A few small chips in paint. overall a good looking car.
