This is a reservation for a kit. A full kit starts at $6,700. First production run completely sold out. Current production run has just 10 unreserved vehicles left. Currently there is at least one of each model available. The models are: City, City Extended, and Track. Pictures shown are for kit parts and completed cars. This listing is a reservation for a kit.
This kit plus a 2005 to 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt donor provides EVERYTHING to have a running driving vehicle. You need to paint. The Cobalt engine and transmission are mounted mid-ship. The car comes with disc brakes all around (pair from donor and a pair included in the kit). Chevy Cobalt's engine is all aluminum and has stock horsepower from 145 to 260. A car typically weighs under 1,500 pounds. Time to strip the donor is 40 hours. Build time is around 100 hours with normal tools. The cars come with a Certificate of Manufacture for licensing. They are normally licensed as a replica reproduction. Licensing requirements vary by State.

The SLOWEST version (145 HP) will do 0-60 in under 5 seconds! If you need to get groceries for the fam in a hurry - this is the car for you! If you worry about milk spoiling on the journey home, add a supercharger, ours got us to 60 in 3.8 seconds. A bolt on turbo (260HP) achieves 60 in 3.3 seconds.

We have designed and fabricated a precision CNC tubing bender as well as other tools to insure all geometries are to specification and the kits go together without hiccups. The goal of the design was to re-useapplicable Cobalt parts without the kit builder trying to source specialty items elsewhere. The ECU, BCM, gauges and wiring harness come from the donor. You do have to "thin out" the wiring harness to remove unnecessary Cobalt circuits (a step by step video is provided).

Our fabrication facility is equipped with the best equipment as we do fabrications for NASA, the US Air Force, and other aeronautics organizations.
