Terms of Bid/Sale

We want our transaction with you to run smoothly, and work to deliver you a high quality vehicle that is accurately described. That said, terms of bidding and sale are as follows:

Deposit and Payment

A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of the end of auction to secure your vehicle. This deposit can be made through PayPal or Certified Cashier's Check (we verify all Cashier's Checks) which may be sent via overnight courier. The remaining payment can be paid through Cashier's Check or cash when you pick up the vehicle. We appreciate your prompt deposit and prompt payment.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Pick-Up and Shipping - US buyers only

Please note that you must pick up your vehicle within 7 days of auction close (where auction close is the time the auction ends). Your deposit must be received (as noted above) within 24 hours of end of auction. You must pick up and pay for the balance owing on the vehicle within 7 days of auction close (payment types accepted as noted above).

Please note that we do not ship or deliver vehicles. It is your responsibility to make pick up arrangements. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your estimated time of arrival and travel plans so we can meet up with you within seven days of auction close. Should you choose to ship the vehicle, these arrangements are entirely your responsibility; all costs are borne by the buyer (you!).

The vehicle on which you are bidding is as follows:

• described to the best of our ability and sold AS IS;

The vehicleis sold AS IS; we do not provide, offer, suggest, imply or deliver any warranty, whether expressed or implied, prior to, during, or after the sale of the vehicle. On exchange of full payment (deposit + balance owing), you receive (and are the new owner of) the the vehicle and clean title.

At this point, all privileges and risks of ownership are assumed by the buyer. Please note the vehicle is sold as is.

Non-Payment and Non-Contact

Rarely, some of our buyers have opted to renege on their EBay obligations when they win the auction. Keep in mind that EBay is a sales auction, and the terms of this auction serve as the legal basis for our smooth transaction. In the event that no deposit, payment, or contact is received, we will:

• pursue all options with Ebay;
• pursue money owed;
• consider additional action as necessary.
