1986 Dodge Omni Description

For sale is a 1986 Dodge Omni GLH. The GLH stands for Goes Like Hell. This car was a complete wolf in sheeps clothing that revolutionized front wheel drive performance cars. These cars are fast and light and handle very well. below is from wikipedia
The ultimate Dodge Omni was the modified Omni GLH. The original name, "Coyote", was rejected, and Carroll Shelby's choice, the initials GLH, which stood for "Goes Like Hell", were taken instead. The 1984 model year was the first year of the GLH, which carried over most of the modifications that had been made the previous year to the Shelby Charger. 1985 was the debut of the GLH-T model with the Turbo I (K) engine option. This engine, at low boost (7.2 PSi) coupled with the car's very low weight (as low as 2,200 lb (1,000 kg)), earned this car its name. The car carried over into 1986 unchanged aside from the addition of a hatch-mounted third tail light, and production was then stopped.
This is a very nice low miles mostly original example. It was running well but was leaking a bit of oil so i planned to redo the motor. However, it has sat and i did not get it running again. It has an upgraded computer and steering wheel, but those are the only modifications i am aware of. The body is in good shape but has a small dent and crack in the rear taillight. The car is not currently running or driving. I am hoping this goes to a great owner that can enjoy this car as it is meant to and can preserve its condition and history also.

A few more notes:

I have owned car for 15 years and was always garage kept by me and the previous owner to my knowledge. The car has 87k original miles. There is some slight rust bubbling on the passenger and drivers door bottoms, otherwise the car is rust free. See added pictures.
