1989 Dodge Dakota Sport Description

The mileage is not actual, speedometer broke years ago and the entire speedometer cluster was replaced with a used one from a salvage yard in addition the driver side door needs to be shut hard.
Air cond., comes on but is not cold., never changed from the old type freon.
Truck runs great, goes straight down the riad, heat works hoid, wipers work, all lights, good brakes, good exhaust, tires and rims good, have full tonneau cover for bed. ( not shown) I purchased the truck in 2008 and hotten excellent service from it, no accidents since I had it, on spot of surface rust on paasenger side door, appears to be original paint, had rust on rockers, bought replacement ricjer panels from sherman auto parts (see pictures)
When the company put the rocker panels on they went over the top of the old rockers. After that the drivers side door no longer shut easily. After buying new tie rod ends, ball joint, rack and pinion, calipers, rotors, pads, front end alignment we found a newer truck and bought it.
Would like to get 2,500.00 for the truck which is about 1/3 of what we have into it.
Has factory cd. Clear title in my name dated 2008. Please let me know if you have any questions as I have tried to be as informative as possible with my description.

Dodge only made around 3,000 of these trucks ( actually sub contracted with ASE) so these are fairly rare.

This 1989 Dodge Dakota runs and drives good it goes straight down the freeway at 70 miles an hour with no issues whatsoever it always starts up and most everything works on it
The air conditioning comes on but it's not cold and was never converted over to the new type of air conditioning freon
The heat works the windshield wipers work the windshield washers work the windows go up and down the gauges all work the fog lights work and headlights work to turn signals work the brake lights work no cracks in windshield dashboard is pretty good with a few blemishes here and there
There is a Rottweiler dog painted on the hood from before I own a vehicle it doesn't look terrible I'm not pursuing a dog person but I never had it repainted because it's kind of unique and doesn't look all that terrible the clear coat on the hood is starting to peel an aside somewhere but overall I would say the paint is in pretty presentable condition
The rims and tires were replaced about 2 years ago but don't really have that many miles on them because the truck was only used around town never really taken any long trips except to Ohio twice.
The mileage is not actual I do not know the actual mileage the speedometer broke a few years ago and I had it replaced from 8 unit from a salvage yard and I did not keep accurate records of the mileage I never had any intention of selling the truck but I found a newer truck and decided I don't really need to have two of them
This is always been a very dependable truck for me and I have used it for many years both for falling branches and just driving around with the top down in the summer not too much use in the winter really
