NEEDS REPLACING:
ECM - CAUSES AC NOT TO CYCLE ON, WE CAN REPLACE FOR $750!
(BUY IT NOW WILL YIELD: Replace the ECM to fix AC, and full Detail)
I bought this truck in 2014 and 3 weeks later had to put the motor in it. We had an ASE master diesel mechanic install a re manufactured motor, Exedy clutch, Exedy solid flywheel, Exedy clutch slave cylinder, remanufactured head, and all new gaskets and seals.
It had a gasket leak in the coolant line connection to the heater core, we used a guaranteed sealant and then replaced the coolant, havent had an issue since in 2 years.
I bumped a tree backing a trailer up with the grill guard, and it left the pictured dent in the front right fender.
The previous owner forgot to put the tailgate down before backing up to a gooseneck... can't take credit for that moment of stupid, but I did for my own!
I have literally spent near $2000 in the last 3 months getting this thing ready to sell on eBay, between tires, alternator, front end etc... (FYI PepBoys wanted $2300 for the front end alone)
The front right tire has some wear on it, I replaced the front tires after the hubs thinking they were causing the wear, and the wheel bearing on the right was definitely out... only to find that the ball joints were shot on the top as well... in about 1000 miles it wore down the outside notably and I dropped off at the mechanic once again and decided to replace tie rods, upper and lower ball joints instead of the upper alone.
The alternator had a failing regulator - replaced
I absolutely love driving this truck, and it was great when I was driving back and forth to work on the highway, but I have since been laid off and gone into another field, and require a 4x4. I am also selling a 1997 PowerStroke F250 2WD with only 83000 original miles!
I am open to offers, and will gladly answer any question - nothing to hide.
I can deliver this truck for $0.95mile and the cost of a return flight to anywhere in the US48.
Truck has adjustable air bag rear suspension boosters.
Truck had a gooseneck, but I have removed it. I have a plate I can install for $300.
Truck has a rubber mat in the bed, I can do a spray-in bedliner for $500 if you like.
Truck has a ladder rack, and toolbox in some photos - these are not included. I would sell with the toolbox for $250 if you would like to keep it.
I have a power lock and power window kit to convert the truck, including remotes, we can install it for $350.
Reserve is set at $8000
