1994 Dodge Stealth RT-Hatchback-Auto-Peacock Green-No Rust-Low Reserve
1994 Dodge Stealth Description
This is a 1994 Dodge Stealth R/T that I've owned since 2012. It's a striking "Peacock Green" color-it looks blue in some photos, but it's closer to a teal color. It really turns heads anytime someone sees it!I'm selling it because I just bought a truck and I don't have the room for two vehicles. This car has never been in accident and there is NO RUST on it! It does need some work-the timing belt needs to be replaced; I priced a repair kit on ebay (Gates Timing Belt Kit & Water Pump Set) for $224.00 that will take care of the problem. The car starts and runs, but will need the timing belt changed before driving it any distance-so it will need to be transported on a truck or towed when it's picked up.
This car has had regular maintenance and it has many newer parts-a brand new Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo with remote, sep. belt & harmonic balancer w/crank pulley assembly, heater core, blower motor. transmission module brain, resistor radiator and cooling fan, mass air flow sensor and a new battery. I have receipts for all work done and for maintenance work (oil changes, brakes, etc.) performed. The tires are in very good condition and the wheels (brand: MB) are chrome aftermarket. The oil was just changed at 166,500 miles.
The interior of this car is in EXCELLENT CONDITION-no rips, tears, stains on the seats (see photos) and it has, to the best of my knowledge, NEVER BEEN SMOKED IN. Besides the new stereo, this car is also has a factory installed 6 CD changer in the hatch area (see photo). The sunroof has a cover that slides out of the inside roof if you want extra sun or stays in place if you don't want access to the sunroof. The AC works very well.
There are some additional items that I haven't had worked on- The power door locks need a fuse installed, and the driver's door will not unlock with the key-it has to be unlocked from inside the car. The power windows need an adjustment to work (won't go down), the radiator dash light stays on because it has a bad sensor (there is an additional temp. gauge on the dash) and the glove box doesn't open. There is also a crack in the lower driver's side wheel well (see photo) and a small crack in the passenger parking light (see photo).
This Stealth has been a really fun car to own-it gets A LOT of attention, it's fast and awesome on cornering and it's even good on gas. You would never know this car is 22 years old by looking at it and in just a couple more years it will be considered a "classic"!
Please email me with any questions you might have, prior to bidding and I will do my best to answer them.
