Floor pans both driver and passager, have been replaced, from the front frame rails to the rear passage seat where it meets the trunk. Whole underside of the car has been cleaned and shot with Wurth undercoating.
Modern suspension, mustang II rack and pinion, tubular upper and lower control arms, disc breaks up front with complete rebuilt drums in the rear. All new break lines with dual bowl fluid reservoir. Everything for the front suspension and rear suspension is completely new and modern. All polyurethane bushings, end links, sway bar, spindles, tie rods, front suspension is 100% customizable! zerk fitting on all components for easy greasing and increased life. Steering shaft linkage custom fabricated for modern rack setup.
Ridetech 4-link rear brace for complete control and delivering power to the ground really grips then road and add a ton of drivability. All completely adjustable, so no more leaf springs in the rear. Coilover struts in all four corners. Ride height adjustable and damper/rebound adjustable. QA1 coils in the front with 13 way adjustment and Ridetech Fox shocks in the rear.
All weather stripping rubbers, catwiskers, seals, window gaskets have been replaced. All new lighting. Hella headlights with 4K 2000 lumens LED's for headlamps. Factory replacement blinkers, fender side markers, and new reverse light housing but used original lens with super white LED reverse lights, original tail lights with original FoMoCo lens all lighting gaskets have been replaced.
All sheet metal is original, besides for the front two fenders, Factory FoMoCo where used for replacement. All chrome is original FoMoCo!! nothing touched or replaced!! Interior is all 100% complete and original!! not touched!! Had a great patina look to it so I lightly scuffed and matte clear coated it with a matting agent additive.
Everything has been stripped down DB40lf epoxy primed, then any body work was done, top coated with PPGs K36 anti corrosive primer, wet block sanded, so all panels are straight as can be! Then sealed with PPGs High Performance ES sealer then painted with PPGs Envirobase High Performance basecoat and cleared with 3 coats of the unmatched durability of PPGs DCU2021 high solids UV protection clearcoat! This stuff has been around for quiet sometime and trusted by many refinishers around the world. All PPG, 3m, and SEM products were used. Professional standard and professionally done.I've been in the business for almost 10 years and I've been a full time painter and refinisher for the past 6 years. I run and manage a paint shop in Natick, Massachusetts so this was not a at home garage build.

This is a great car. I've been driving it on the road since it has been finished. This is the perfect car for a monsterous power plant such as the new 5.0 fuel injected Coyote motor, 347 strocker, 351w, or even a big block. Matched up to a termac trans and a locking rear end or just leave it the way it is and hit the road! Enjoy weekend cruises, days on the track or as a daily. This car is a blast to drive!
