2010 Ford Escape Limited Description

This is my 75 year old mother in law’s car. She bought it new in 2010. The car is in excellent shape mechanically and cosmetically. It has been dealer maintained and garage kept. The mileage on the car is actual mileage. The tires appear to be almost new, 9/10 condition.
I have taken care to picture blemishes (scrapes, knicks, dings on the body). I have also NOT had the car detailed so you can see how good the condition of vehicle is prior to getting it thoroughly detailed.
Everything works as it should on this car. All maintenance has been kept up to date.
The negatives:Winter salt staining of the carpet on the drivers side floor board (will clean up with detail)
Ding in the drivers side mirror.Scrape on the passenger side rear quarter panel.Scrape on the passenger side mirror.
This car is as it appears, a lightly driven car with minor cosmetic issues that is in very good mechanical shape with a long life in front of it. There is no disappointment with this car.

A $500 Non refundable deposit due within 24 hours of winning bid. If deposit is not received within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".

I PREFER TO BE PAID IN CASH.
If payment must be made by cashiers check I will hold the title for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
