Again, this listing is NO RESERVE and will be sold to the highest bidder. We can assist with arranging transportation, but ultimately it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping. We do our best to achieve customer satisfaction and promise to never sell a car we wouldn't drive ourselves. All vehicles sold as-is, unless otherwise specifically stated to carry the balance of a factory warranty. The vehicle is advertised locally and a local sale takes priority prior to auction close. Miles may change as vehicle is available for test drives.
$500 deposit due at midnight right after auction close, balance due within 3 calendar days. All monies received are non-refundable. All sales are final. Price does not include any applicable registration costs or taxes. We have a very modest $95 Administrative Fee, which covers eBay sales document preparation, overnight Shipping of the title within 45 days, and coordination of shipping with your transporter (our customers give us feedback after the process that we charge too little for the after-sale services we provide. We try our best!).
If you take delivery in Florida, you may be responsible to pay all or some of your sales tax in Florida, and in the event that you need a temporary tag to drive away, we will need a proof of insurance and $31 for the Temporary Tag. We more than welcome your PayPal Payment for your deposit only, but you are responsible to reimburse us for the Paypal fees. No charge on wire transfers.
We respectfully request that you take possession of your vehicle within 10 days to avoid $50 daily storage fee. If you fail to retrieve vehicle within 24 days of auction close, you forfeit all monies paid, and vehicle will be relisted. In any dispute, Florida courts, Florida laws.
