1957 Ford Fairlane Description

This 1957 Fairlane started life in Oklahoma, it has been treated to a body off rebuild, blasted to bare metal, all areas of rust were cut out and replaced with proper replacement panels. The frame was blasted and epoxy primed the painted satin black, the rear axle is a 9" fully rebuilt with 3:89 detroit locker all new bearings and seals. Front suspension was fully rebuilt with new bushings and disc brakes. Everything was taken apart and rebuilt properly. The body is done in epoxy primmer the 3 coats of hot rod black were added, it was then wet sanded and 3 coats of satin clear were applied. The rear was done in Arizona beige and gloss clear.
The interior has a custom built gauge panel with TPI Tech gauges, The front and rear seats from a 1965 Thunderbird were placed in the car. The carpet is new along with new headliner. All rubbers and seals are new. Wiring is all new front to back,side glass is all new, windshield and rear window are orig 57 Ford.
The 1970 429 is fully rebuilt, block was bored .060, flat top pistons,align honed,crank was polished, pro comp alum heads,comp cam hyd flat tappet,roller rockers,elec water pump,howe 4 core alum rad,crites performance 2" primary tube full length headers, 2 1/2 inch exhaust,crites performance engine and trans mounts. C6 Auto trans fully rebuilt.
Some other custom added touches include stainless tube grille,louvered hood,1958 Edsel bermuda station wagon tail lights, ranchero rear bumper.
Every nut and bolt has been out of this car and everything is new or rebuilt orig, all new body mount bushings,new fuel tank, all new brakes,lines and fuel lines.
