2000 Ford Expedition Description

Hello,Thank you for viewing our vehicle. We are Lynnes Nissan West, located in Stanhope, New Jersey.
Vehicle for Sale:We have up for sale a 2000 FORD EXPEDITION EDDIE BAUER EDITION 4WD SUV. Vehicle has 183k miles on it. Vehicle seats 8 people. Has three rows. All leather seats, heated front seats, power driver seats, Mach Radio System and etc. All windows work, retractable pedal works as well. This vehicle has NOT been through the shop at all. I can only speak for cosmetics. It has a scraped up back quarterpanel near the back bumper on left side. Otherwise not too bad for cosmetics. Running boards are starting to rust out underneath them but the still light up.
Like I said vehicle is being sold AS-IS. We are not looking at this vehicle in the shop at all. It is being sold the way it was traded in.

7. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in be paid in full in order forvehicleto be titled and registered.

8. Shipping & Delivery:

1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Lynnes Nissan West will assist in shipping arrangements but will not be held responsible in any way for claims that arise.
2. We are notaffiliatedwith any carrier. Once the vehicle leaves our showroom/lot, we assume no further damage or responsibility.

9.PurchaseFinalizing

Lynnes Nissan West will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with at Lynnes Nissan West by email (gdemayo@lynnes.com) or phone at 973-347-2200 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy, We reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle,Successfulbidder/buyer must within 24 hours of bid closing send a Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash, or bank certified funds.Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
