2007 Ford Mustang California Special Description

I've had this car for about a year and it has been absolutely great. I have not had a single problem with it, it doesn't leak any fluids, and it runs great. I have taken very good care of it since I bought it and it's clear that the original owner did too. It has not been abused.I love this car but I am selling it is because I recently bought a house that I will need to put money into for renovations.
Here are the details:
07 Mustang GT California Special (CS is a Premium GT with added features, ground effects, exhaust tips, interior trim, etc.)

5-speed manual
149,555 miles (this will go up as it is my daily driver)

I started to notice that the front right strut was starting to knock when I drove over bumps so I just replaced all of the suspension with OEM replacement on September 21 - Front struts, mounts, and springs and the rear shocks are all brand new.Oil will be changed before the car is sold. I change the oil myself and I only use Mobil 1 Full Synthetic Oil.
There are 2 areas on the front clip that are not perfect but you can't really notice them unless you are looking for them. If this concerns you, please let me know I will get pictures taken and sent to you.
Also, there is a small amount of road rash on the front bumper and around the headlights. Again, not noticeable but I want you to be aware of the imperfections. The car is not perfect but overall, it is in very nice condition.
The car is located in Topeka, KS but does have a CLEAN and CLEAR Tennessee title in MY NAME. There is no loan or hold on the title, it is in hand.
