2000 Ford Contour SE Description

As you can see, this is not a looker. It is, however, a fairly rare fleet car featuring bi-fuel capability (unleaded and compressed natural gas). I am the second owner (the prior was a county government fleet). The car has been well maintained and runs well. The A/C does not work. I am opening the bidding at $61 just to cover my listing fee.
