2009 Ford Crown Victoria None Description

This is a private sale of my very nice 2009 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (CVPI) VIN Code P71ex-Vermont State Police (VSP) cruiserwith the highway pursuit package. It has 135,330 (mostly highway miles) and is in excellent condition all around. This car runs like a fine watch. I drove this car for over two years and, aside from regular oil changes and routine maintenance, the only repair I did was to change the left front wheel hub because the bearing was noisy.
It has Goodyear Eagle RS-A police speed-rated tires, with a bit more than 50% tread left, (2-8/32" & 2-7/32" calculating end of service life at 3/32" which will still pass state inspection) PS, PB, special police package automatic transmission with oil cooler and overdrive, power windows, dual airbags, spare tire, jack, 200 Amp alternator, AC (works well), "dog dish" hub caps, etc. Everything works as it should.
Exterior color is VSP Woodland Green with a charcoal gray deluxe interior with carpeting instead of the usual rubber floor that is standard in most CVPIs. Carpeting and seats are reasonably clean but I did not detail the car prior to listing it. All exterior paintwork appears to be original. The AutoCheck report states this car was involved in a "minor accident" involving a "stationary object" in 2010. I cnnor see any indication that this car was ever involved in an accident.
CAVEATS AND DISCLOSURES:This is a former public safety vehicle and was used as a Vermont State police cruiser. There is a bit of an indentation in the front passenger door that is barely visible. It was there when I got it in 2013. I decided that it was not worth repairing because it is not noticeable unless you are looking for it but it is there. Also the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light is on but that is because one of the wheels' TPMS sensors needs to be "trained" to this vehicle. There are two holes in the roof for the light bar and radio antenna. Also there are two holes in the trunk lid for another antenna. For some reason VSP removes the antenna wiring prior to sale. The holes are taped over but the wiring is easily replaceable and will accept a Motorola NMO mount or a rubber plug perfectly. There are a few scrapes and scratches on the rubber bumper covers and door protectors but none that a coat of paint wouldn't easily resolve.
Despite the 135K on the clock there are plenty of miles left on this baby.
VT State Police cars are exceptionally well maintained and their ex-cruisers are highly desired by CVPI enthusiasts. VSP customarily assigns a cruiser to one trooper for the duration of their service life which means they do not run 7/24 in three shifts like most police vehicles. With a little effort and possibly some new alloy wheels and supplementary lights as well as a center console this could be made into an awesome ride. I would hate to see it end its days as a taxi which is where many of them end up.
Ford ceased manufacturing theCrown Victoria Police Interceptorin September 2011. Nice clean CVPIsare getting very hard to find. I am not a dealer. This fine example is located in the Greater Boston area (Marblehead) and inspection is available by appointment. The vehicle is currently registered with a clear title with a valid "5" Mass state inspection sticker and is currently in service as my "daily driver". The buyer could drive it anywhere provided it is registered to them and insured for liability after purchase. Local pickup is preferred. I will ship but buyer must assume all costs.
A $500.00 deposit payment by PayPal is expected within 24 hours of purchase with the balance payable in either cash, bank wire transfer or PayPal prior to delivery.
