I've had this Expedition for a few months. I was going to use it to pull a trailer, but plans have changed, and I no longer need it.
The Good:
Runs and drives excellent. No funny noises, no burning oil, trans shifts great.
4WD works excellent.
Does not leak any fluids
Tires have 5000 miles on them
Remote start with Keyless entry
Ice cold A/C front and rear, heat is very hot
Pioneer Double Din touchscreen stereo with bluetooth
Tons of new parts:
4 new KYB Monomax shocks (10/16)
New front brake pads (9/16)
New front lower ball joints (4/16)
Complete tune up in 9/2016 (all new coils and motorcraft plugs, air filter, fuel filter)
2 New Upstream Oxygen sensors (11/16)
New alternator (5/16)
Repaired instrument cluster (9/16) - These trucks are notorious for the odometer not displaying. This is fixed.
The not so great:
Rocker panels are rusty. It's purely cosmetic. The undercarriage is rust free.
Minor damage by taillight. (See picture)
Interior is in overall fair to good condition. Arm rest has a split in it, and carpet has some staining.
Heat shield on exhaust rattles occasionally. I may get around to fixing this weekend.
Rebuilt Salvage title (Was impounded and sold at a tow auction in Missouri two years ago, tow auction cars get salvage titles. Autocheck shows no major incidents.)
I would get in this truck and drive to California tomorrow
