2002 Ford Expedition Description

Up for bid is a 2002 Ford Expedition. This vehicle was purchased new and used in our Police Department. The GVWR is 7,000 lbs. The rear air bags leak. There is a dent in the left fron fender. The paint is scratched and has chips. The front cloth seats are worn but the rear vinyl seats are ok. There is not a 3rd row seat. The vehicle has a hesitation sometimes when taking off from a stop. Vehicle has a trailer hitch.. Automatic transmission; 5.4 L engine; V8 - gasoline. Interior Condition: See pictures. Exterior Condition: see pictures Original Miles: 135292

A notarized letter stating the full name of the person (or shipping company’s name and telephone number) authorized by the winning bidder to pick up the vehicle. A valid photo ID will be required to release the vehicle to an authorized person (ex. employee, relative, etc.)
A photocopy of the buyer’s driver’s license, showing the name and address of the person who will be listed as the buyer on the title.

Winning bidder is solely responsible for the transport of the item off of city property. Pick up hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 3:30pm. We cannot schedule outside of these hours because the garage is closed.
