1969 Ford Mustang Description

The 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is one of the baddest-looking street machines of all times. Of course, it's only better when it's a real-deal factory Mach 1 fastback featuring an enhanced 351 V8 and plenty more options, and it's all available at quite a nice price. This pony car started out as a white fastback, but it has been restored into a more sinister machine. After all, red is the kind of color that makes people stand up and take notice, and that's exactly what you want on one of the boldest Mustangs ever made. Then again, this Mach 1 never had trouble getting attention. The hood alone is a great aggressive piece with its large scoop, hold down pins, and full blacked-out treatment. Then add in more features such as the chin spoiler, side stripes, rear louvers, full-length rear spoiler, and this is full intimidation with a set of iconic Mag wheels. The included Marti Report is a nice addition because you get to go over all the features in this nicely appointed interior. It starts with the comfortable high back bucket seats that have the cool red stripe running across the neckline. This aggressive red streak matches the carpeting, and all of this (as well as the center console), seem to have been refreshed over the coupe's lifetime for a very vivid presentation. When you sit inside, you'll be amazed at the level of detail, right down to the working clock in front of the passenger. The woodgrained steering wheel matches the paneling on the dash, console, and doors, which all adds to the upscale ambiance of the Mach 1. The knob-style AM/FM stereo keeps the interior looking period-correct, but it's actually a more modern Retrosound unit with AM/FM and Bluetooth. So now you can cruise to modern tunes in your vintage 'Stang. This M-code Mustang left the factory with a 351 cubic-inch V8, so it's great to see one so nicely presented still in the engine bay. But once you look beyond the vintage shine of the valve covers, air filter topper, and bracer bars, you're going to start seeing some nice performance substance. The motor inhales deeply through an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with authority out of Hooker headers that feed the rumbling dual exhaust. Sure, you can treat this like a big power Mach 1, but there's far more to this coupe. The suspension components are newer for a nicer ride. And when you add in features like power steering, a three-speed automatic transmission, and front disc brakes, the result is a great any time classic.Complete with the aforementioned Marti Report, as well as the owner's manual and original radio, you're looking at a real-deal Mach 1 with a lot to offer. So at this price you know you have to hurry to take it home. Call today!!
