2006 Ford Crown Victoria INTERCEPTOR Description

Condition - Exterior / Interior:

VERY IMPORTANT: As noted, the vehicle exterior needs to be refinished; you could use this opportunity to change the original vehicle’s paint color. Some decals are still present, decals glue residue present, paint peeling in some small areas, white paint overspray noticeable. There is some rust at the base of the roof mounted radio antenna. There are dents, dings and scratches which are consistent with Law Enforcement use.

All dashboard gauges and indicators work properly, turn lights and wipers work properly, the radio works fine. The driver seat has normal use wear/imperfections, the rear seat is in near-new condition. The floor carpet is in very good condition; no significant floor carpet wear or damage noted. The headliner is also in good conditions.

The rear door locking mechanisms have been reinstalled and reactivated. All four power windows are in good working order. There is plenty of space available in the trunk. As noted in the pictures, there is no significant, if any, undercarriage rust.

Condition / Functional:

Very well maintained, in above average operational condition. The vehicle has a recent oil change service and just-installed platinum spark plugs.

No unusual engine noise, the engine is very responsive, no check engine light, the vehicle comes with a rebuilt transmission; therefore, the transmission shifts flawlessly. No fluid leaks have been noticed while the vehicle has been parked/stored. The A/C system is in great condition, making it an excellent car for those very dry and hot states.

The steering system is accurate, the vehicle drives straight, and the tires have 10/32” tread depth (average). The suspension is quiet, firm (as expected in a Heavy Duty equipped vehicle) but pleasant, no rear end/differential noise, brake pedal feels high, firm, and very responsive.
