2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor LOW,LOW 61,968 miles
2011 Ford Crown Victoria Description
THE RESERVE WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED, PLEASE DON'T ASK. This car is priced to sell at much less than cars with twice the miles.
Up for bid is this 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, this is the last and arguably best Crown Victoria ever made. There are many Crown Victorias for sale, what sets this one apart is the fact that it only has 61,968 miles. The engine idle hours are 2,776. This Crown Vic was owned by the University of California and used by the campus police for patrol, hence the low miles. Being in California rust is not an issue.
This Crown Victoria is a P7B, the successor to the P71 police interceptor package. In addition to the standard police package contents (tilt wheel, power windows and locks) this car also has factory CD player, cruise control, adjustable pedals and traction control and power seat.
The body and paint are in good condition with normal dings and scratches from active police use. There are some small scratches from decal removal. There is no evidence of any previous paint or body work.
The interior is in good condition with normal wear, please refer to the pictures. there is a prisoner seat in the rea, if desired the factory rear seats are available from a number of sources as are the rear door panels. With working dual spotlights and push bumper this low mileage car is ready to be put back into service.
Mechanically the car runs great, no leaks or noises were noticed and everything works as it should. The tires look to have 75% of treadlife remaining.
Keep in mind this is a used police vehicle, even though it is one of the lowest you'll find like any used car it is not perfect.
If you've been looking you know how hard it is to find a low mileage Crown Victoria, nearly all are kept to 100,000 miles or more. This car is ready to be put into service in a police or security fleet, taxi or a great civilian ride. Keep in mind in California the doors should be painted black to comply with the vehicle code, from what I understand it's OK in other states but check for yourself.
There is a clear title in my name and the car is registered until March 2017. A current smog certificate is included with the sale.
A $500.00 non refundable deposit through paypal is required within 24 hours of the auction end, no exceptions The balance is due within 7 days in the form of cash (in person, cashier's check or bank wire transfer. All funds must be verified before the car will be released. Paypal is NOT acceptable for the balance.
Any inspections should be done BEFORE the end of the auction, you are bidding to buy the car, not a chance to inspect it. Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay, this is not a game!
