1996 Ford F-350 XLT Lariat Description

Hello. We have owned this truck for over 10 years and it's been just great. You are checking out our 1996 Ford F-350 XLT 1 ton 4x4, Powerstroke diesel pickup truck. It has been a joy to own and it gets compliments everytime we're out in it and I mean, everytime. We can't stop anywhere in it without folk's asking us to price it :) It is powered by a perfect running 7.3 Powerstroke diesel engine that is completely stock and it has never been messed with or chipped up or anything. It has been well taken care of and it has never let us down. The truck has the e4od transmission and we had it professionally rebuilt and upgraded several years ago and it, too, is in excellent operating condition. The truck is a loaded up XLT Lariat model with all the nice options and they all work. The body on the truck is, in a word, outstanding. It is really super nice, clean and straight. There is no rust anywhere. It may have a slight ding or two here and there, but it is super pretty. The interior, while 20+ years old, is in remarkable condition because we took pains to keep it looking good. The frame is in excellent condition as well with no damage. The truck runs out just as good as it looks with absolutely no issues. You can drive it anywhere, anytime with no worries. The truck carries a Kentucky rebuilt in our name due to the fact that it incurred light, low water damage back in 2006. The water was fresh water and all we did was disassemble the interior, dry it out a bit, clean it up and hit the highway. Nothing was damaged other than our backs from lifting those heavy seats. The truck has been problem free for the last 50,000 miles that we have put on it. We own an auto body collision center and have been in business for over 35 years. Several years ago we decided to make something special out of this F-350 because they are so rare. We disassembled this truck down to the bare bones, stripped it down and then built it back up with a nice base coat/ clear coat hand rubbed paint refinish all over and it came out like you see it today and it has held up great over the years. We felt it was the thing to do because the truck had a perfect body to start with and that fact made the job a piece of cake. All in all, I think you'd be hard pressed to locate a Ford F-350 4x4 like this one for the money, anywhere. The reason that it's for sale, now, is that my son needs the cash to finish another project and he has college tuition coming up again. If you'd like to have a beautiful big brute, F-350 4x4........now's your opportunity. Please keep in mind that I have attempted to tell you honestly about this truck's condition, but please also bare in mind that it is not new by any means.......it's 21 years old! If you have any question's or concern's, just ask away. You will be treated with respect and all question's are welcome. Delivery may be an option as well. Thank you.
