2000 Ford Focus Description

This is a 2000 Ford Focus SE station wagon. It has the 2.0 liter Zetec-E 4 cylinder engine with the automatic transmission. It has power steering, power brakes, power door locks, power windows, power side mirrors, air conditioning, driver and passenger airbags, reclining seats, tinted glass, rear defroster, remote hatch lid, interval wipers, rear window wiper, luggage rack, cargo area cover, fold down rear seat, cloth seats and keyless entry. It also has an aftermarket AM/FM – CD – AUX – Bluetooth JVC KD-A735BT radio. It is a two owner car. It has about 182,000 miles. Since I have owned it, about 145,000 miles ago, I have used Mobile 1 oil. New tires were installed in March of 2014. New alternator installed in November of 2014. Brakes are fairly new. Now the bad stuff. It is leaking oil somewhere on the rear of the motor, about a quart every 6 months. I don’t think it is burning oil, just leaking from somewhere to the rear or side of the motor. I can see a lot of oil deposits when I change the oil (done twice a year). It is starting to show some rust on the lower panels, see photos. The parking brake does not work. It may need a new thermostat; it wasn’t putting out a lot of heat last winter when I drove it. Vehicle is being sold as is. No warranties expressed or implied. I was driving the car just about daily until last November, when I purchased newer vehicle. I will accept cash or MO as payment.
