1967 Ford Mustang Description

I acquired this car roughly 20 years ago, in its current condition. Previous owner did the restoration work. I have kept it in a garage and have driven it roughly 5K miles since owning it. It runs well but has some quirks. The transmission, though automatic, often requires driver to let off gas before it shifts into higher gears. The windshield wipers have some sort of short. They work for a few seconds each time you activate them, either from dash or floor petal, but will only do one or two passes. The original horn is also shorted and I needed to install bypass on column in order to pass NY State inspection. Happy to answer any questions.
