You are bidding on a 1940 Ford Standard Sedan ForDor, 3 speed on the column. Please note that it only has one rear tail light on the back left bumper which is typical for the Standard model andthese also were made with the Suicide style doors. The scale weight on the title is 5500. I am not sure if it is the original Flathead V8 motor. My uncle had the car for about 10 years and purchased a few parts (as noted by the boxes inside the car and in the trunk), but he never got around to working on the car. There is a new car cover included and parts for breaks. The front floor pans will need to be replaced, otherwise the car appears solid all the way around. Obviously from the pictures you can tell it needs a lot of TLC! The back right window is broken out. We did get the radiator completely redone and got a new battery for it since having itshipped from FL to WA. It was running in FL, probably needs a new gas tank and fuel line and should fire up, (at least that is what my uncle thinks) I am not a mechanic and am telling you as much as I know about the car.
We are downsizing and need to sell, as this is a big car and takes up a lot of space in our garage. It is 15ft 10.5inlong.Buyer is responsible for local pickup or arranging shipping. Happy bidding and please let me know if you have any question (I will try to answer) or would like more pictures.
