2005 Ford Five Hundred SEL Description

Up for sale is my Ford 500. Don't let the mileage scare you, this car has been a pleasure to own and drive. I am only selling because I need to upgrade to something bigger for my family. The mileage will continue to climb, as I drive this every day. The body is in great shape, minus the 2 small spots that are pictured. The 2 spots are not rotted through, and could be repaired easily before they do rot through. Other than those spots, the paint on the hood is dull, but that is strictly cosmetic. I recently had new tie rods put in including an alignment. The tires have great tread left on them. The interior is extremely clean, except for the drivers seat. The left side bolster on the driver seat is torn, the rest of the seats are in excellent condition given the age and mileage of this car. I drive this 600 miles per week for work, and it has never let me down. It is comfortable and handles well in all weather.
The bad:Not much to report as being bad. However, it will need sway bar links and bushings soon. I had the tie rods done, but shortly after I started hearing a clunk in the front end. The dealership indicated it is the sway bar links and bushings.
It could probably use a transmission service. The dealership said the transmission checks out fine, but it could use a service.
Other than that, this is just a clean high mileage car with tons of space and all the great features.
