1996 4.0L Ford Aerostar XLT Extended Minivan AWD

1996 Ford Aerostar Description

This was my mother-in-law's van ... she recently moved into an assisted living facility and no longer drives. It has very low mileage for its age.
It offers the 4.0L V6 and Electronic All Wheel Drive. It is the extended van, so it seats seven.
It is in overall good condition, but I know the following are current issues:
* The transmission is a little rough in shifting, but seems to get better when the fluid warms up ... I think it needs a change of fluid
* It is overdue for an oil change
* The A/C doesn't work ... it could be something as simple as needing more coolant or a new clutch
* One of the hose connections to the heater housing has broken off ... I tried to change it out, but I could not properly reach the fittings to loosen them
* It needs at least 2 new tires
* She has put some damage on the body, but nothing too serious. The bumper seems to be the worst ... she backed into a fire hydrant
* It needs to be inspected and renewal of its registration
* The panels on the front doors have come loose and have cracked a bit
The interior is in decent shape: I had it detailed, but they couldn't remove all the stains in the carpet because their cleaner was too powerful and would have destroyed the carpet.
She smoked in it up until October of 2014, so it has cleared out.
