1999 Ford E-Series Van Description

Quigley Van. 4x4 Solid axle, lifted 6 inches on 35 inch Kumhos.
I had a shop put a remanufactured engine in it after the former owner ruined it by driving it in a very deep creek. Fluids are all changed. Transmission has been flushed 3 times. It is a blast to drive, but I don't have the time and I have to commute and I am across several states. The van should be able to be titled under a clean title. I have checked with TN and FL, but I would recommend that you check with your State DMV. Pros: waterproof flooring with plywood underneath, remanufactured engine that runs really well, paint is in relatively good shape, rhino lined bottom panels that makes the van look 2 toned. Has 2 sprinter seats in the back for passengers-the rest is open for gear/motorcycles. It was used as a motorcycle hauler. Issues: Electrical issues--Windshield wipers not moving, Windows and locks do not respond. Radio not working. Mileage is over 250k, but I don't know actual mileage (however, the engine is brand new!). Rust on the panels underneath the Rihno lining See the pictures. Fan blowing in both front and back, but fan is only blowing in the defrost mode up front. AC is not cold.

TITLE situation: this van has a clean Tennessee title. I received the title March 2016 and just re-registered it April 2017. The van should be able to be titled under a clean title. I have checked with TN and FL, but I would recommend that you check with your State DMV before bidding.
