I spent a couple months transforming this 12 passenger van to a weekend camper, its fantastic for traveling and camping in comfort, plus you can park it anywhere you park a car as its 20' long, has front and rear AC and heat. The diesel gets 20 mpg and can tow a boat or small trailer with extra gear. Has golf cart batteries which supply all the 12VDC electrical needs like battery powered cooler, led interior lights and a 1500W pure sine wave inverter which supplies 120VAC interior and exterior power. An induction cook top which is removable for cooking outside or you can heat up a can of soup or make coffee inside while on the road, when 120VAC shore power is in use it automatically switches when plugged in and charges batteries with a 200 amp charger. Has Maxxair fully automatic roof vent to keep air moving in warm weather, either sucks or pushes air plus changes speeds dependent on temp of interior. Van has been triple insulated using 3M thinsulate, close cell foam and factory insulation, this helps keep you cool or warm plus is ultra quite. Has a 10 gallon fresh water tank with undermount sink in custom granite top with manual and electric pump. 3 large stainless steel drawers to put your kitchen items and a good size storage under the sink. All the seats and island built out of 1 inch square steel tubing and tig welded. The floor is 3/4 inch thick rubber mat for durability and easy cleaning plus very comfortable to walk on. The van had 51K miles on it when we got it last year but we have traveled the USA and put 18k miles on it and unforgettable memories. Has a queen size blow up mattress which has a built in electric pump to inflate and deflate in minutes. Also has a 10' x 12' awning. You will not be disappointed in this van and the only reason we are selling is we bought a bigger one 4 feet longer. Never wrecked or in an accident or smoked in.
