VEHICLE INFORMATION:
This vehicle is in incredible shape, it has 139K miles on it which is low for a 6.0L Diesel, it has beautiful leather seats, and lariat interior. The supercab offers spacious room for your passengers in the rear. Known defects and scratches are pointed out in pictures, but include a few minor nicks of paint, the emblem for both Ford and the words F-350 are fading, which is expected in a used vehicle, the tailgate is missing the F-350 logo, the AC button to adjust the fan is also missing, but the fan and AC controls on the steering wheel fully work the AC. The volume button and a few of the other radio buttons have some wear to their color. The tint on the front passenger window seems slightly cut, but none of the front windows have tint, so it could be removed to match, which we could do for free for the customer if they wanted, we just elected to keep it on in case the customer wanted it on there, but if needed we can remove the tint on the front passenger window at no cost, or we could re-tint the entire vehicle for a negotiated rate. I may have missed something in typing this description, but please look at the large selection of photo's we have below, to see the blemishes pointed out.

GOVERNMENT FEES: As Used car dealers, we have the unfortunate pleasure to collect taxes on the vehicles we sell. As such, Florida residents will have to pay tax, tag, registration and title fees. Please know that we only charge what the state of Florida requires us to collect. In any rare case that you are overcharged we will provide you with a refund check as soon as possible. If you are undercharged, and we didn't collect enough for tax/tag/title/registration, then that error is on us, and as such we will pay the difference to the State of Florida at no cost to you. Once we agree on a final price, and calculate out what you will owe for all Florida required taxes/fees, you will not owe anything more. I urge you to look at the DMV website if you have any concern with the fees required by the State of Florida. It's just another way for us to prove to you that we are an honest reputable company. Florida Sales tax is 6%, and in addition there is a 1% county tax up to the first $5,000, after which it maxes out at $50 in county tax. FOR EXAMPLE ONLY, the taxes on a vehicle that sells for $6,000 will be $360 (6% x 6000) + $50 (1% x 5000) = $410 Total in Taxes, The taxes on this vehicle will be different and contingent on the sale price of the vehicle. The percentage will be the same, but this was only used for example to explain the total cost of the vehicle. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE PRICE YOU ARE BIDDING ON IS THE PRICE OF ONLY THE VEHICLE, AND NOT OF THE TAXES OR OTHER GOVT FEES YOU WILL OWE THOSE AS WELL TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AS USED CAR DEALERS WE ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT THEM FOR THE STATE. Out of State Buyers wanting to drive their cars back must pay their home state tax rate to the state of Florida if they need a temporary tag, which is required by Florida Law, to drive the vehicle. Most U.S. states recognize the taxes paid to Florida, so you should only pay the tax one time, and not twice. If you're out of state and wish to ship the vehicle back to your state DO NOT have to pay FL Tax and Tag. You would just pay for the vehicle and the shipping, and take care of the Tax/Tag yourself in your home state.
BUYERS/PAYMENTS: We are currently working to get a financing option, but at this time we do not offer financing, so please make sure you have your financing in order with a financial lender. Please let us know what financial institution you plan to use prior to pushing the "BUY IT NOW" button, so we can make sure everything will be able to be processed smoothly. If you purchase the vehicle and would like to pick it up, you must come to our location to pay for and pick up the vehicle in 3 days. IF for any reason you cannot make it in 3 days you must contact us and let us know prior to buying the vehicle. If you planning to ship it back to your state, we can work with that, and help get the vehicle with the shipping company, but you would need to pay for the shipping company on your own and facilitate the shipping. Any Vehicle that has been purchased but we have not received payment for within 7 days, or that we have not been contacted and agreed to an extension beyond the 7 days will be deemed a breach of contract, the sale will be terminated, and the non-refundable $500 deposit retained by us, and we will re-list the vehicle for sale.
Any international buyers will have to arrange shipping on their own, but we will work with any international customers willing to purchase one of our vehicles.
VEHICLE TITLE:
Customers from out of state are given the title so that they can meet with their local DMV to get their newly purchased vehicle registered. We mail the title out to the buyer within 3-4 weeks after the vehicle is picked up. In most cases the title is mailed out just several days after the vehicle is picked up, we leave room for clerical mistakes or other unforeseen issues beyond our control. To date, we have not had any issues or problems that would result in an extended delay, but if you're in any sort of rush to get the title as soon as the car is purchased, then you must contact us to confirm the title is ready to be mailed. We will not provide any discounts to any sale for title delays. If there are any delays for any reason, you (the buyer) must wait to receive the title. Please be aware that per Florida Law, any vehicle 10 years of age or older is exempt from mileage reporting. If this applies to the vehicle you're bidding on, the title you receive will be reported as "Mileage Exempt" per Florida Law.
In addition, vehicle mileage may increase due to transfers to and from the service shop, via test drives, or any other miscellaneous usage/transportation. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE EXACT CURRENT MILEAGE OF THE VEHICLE.

We accept all trade-ins, from Cars and Trucks to Boats, RV's, and Motorcycles. If you have any questions regarding the value of your potential trade in, or if we will accept the trade in, please contact us. You can message us the Year, Make, Model, Mileage, Condition, added features, as well as if the car needs any mechanical or cosmetic work, and we will make you an offer promptly. Note some motorized vessels/vehicles we might not be familiar with, so it may take a little bit of time to come up with an offer, but we can usually make you an offer within several hours. Please know that if you fail to disclose a known defect or issue regarding your trade-in, we reserve the right to refuse your trade-in, and you will be responsible for the full purchase price based on the sale price. There will be no adjustments to the sale price if you did not fully disclose your Trade-Ins issues. That isn't to say that we wouldn't accept your trade-in, we may just have to adjust the initial value we offered, at which point you could accept or reject our new offer, but you would still be required to purchase the vehicle for the sale price you agreed to less our value of your trade-in. It is in both parties best interest to disclose any and all known defects of the vehicles, so the transactions go as smoothly as possible.
