2005 Ford E-Series Van Description

2005 E350 Diesel, with 4 wheel drive conversion done by Quadvan. I purchased this van with approximately 80k miles from the original owner. It was in excellent shape and has been well maintained and garaged when not in use. The suspension was further enhanced at Solo Motorsports for offroad performance and comfort. All custom work was done well, no corners were cut. We have enjoyed this van very much and I am only selling it due to an opportunity to work abroad. Drivetrain/Engine:I recieved the van with the 4 wheel drive conversion already done. I had new 4:10 gears and ARB airlockers installed in both differentials. All bearings and seals were replaced at that time. 5 Toyo MT 35 12.5 17s were purchased new with roadhazard warranty. The engine has been trouble free. Several modifications were performed to increase efficiency and reliability; EGR delete. Aluminium radiator, correct CAT1 ELC coolant, coolant filter, FICM upgrade, 4' stainless exhaust. All factory parts were set aside and can be included with the sale.
Chassis/Suspension:Solo Motorsports designed and built a mid-travel suspension utilizing Fox remote resivoir shocks, Deaver leafs for the rear, Custom trailing arms and cut and turned beams. It rides very well both on pavement and back roads. Tires wear evenly and handling is comfortable when driving long distances on the interstate. Air bags were instaled in the rear with cradles to retain full load capacity, while not limiting suspension travel. A Transferflow 46 gallon fuel tank allows for a range of approximately 750 highway miles.
Exterior/Body:Aluminess aluminium bumpers were installed front and rear. Each contains its own Warn electric winch with synthetic line, An aluminium roof rack was fabricated and has a 5' x 8' diamond plate deck on the rear section. A 50" Rigid LED light bar provides plenty of light when offroad at night, while a 30" amber Rigid LED light bar is mounted low on the front for low visibility driving. 2 Rigid LEDs provide auxilary reverse lighting.
Interior/Electrical:Autometer gauges were installed to monitor the engine and transmission. 2 AGM batteries provide starting power and 2 deep cycle batteries provide house power. A blue sea ACR allows the DC Engineering 250amp High output alternator to keep all of the batteries charged. An Espar D2 bunk heater with altitude compensator provides heat when camping in cold conditions. It is plumbed into the diesel fuel sysem and is easily operated via a digital thermostat. 2nd row Captains chairs with swivel are easily taken out when not needed. Dynomat insulation is installed in the entire passenger area.
Misc:Viair onboard air system, Halatron non corrosive fire extinguisher, new tire chains, aluminium fuel bottles for fluids, and recovery gear are included in the sale.
