This is my 2012 F250. Newly installed 4.5" Rough Country Lift at an authorized Rough Country Dealer. New 35x12.5x18 wheels and tires. This truck gets compliments every place I go. Loaded with factory options. Heated and cooled leather seats. Sun roof. Power sliding rear window. Power telescoping and retracting heated tow mirrors. Towing package with in dash brake controller. Factory remote start. Factory back up camera in the mirror. Spray in bed liner and a trifold bed cover. Tinted front windows to match the rear. Currently has 82,200 miles but may go up another 100 or so as I drive it occasionally. Truck has a clear title with a loan through my local credit union. $500 non refundable deposit due within 48 hours of auction close and the remainder paid in certified funds or wire transfer to my credit union. We can go there together and you will leave with the clear title and lien release. Far more than this into the truck but my wife and I are building a new house and need the money. The only problem that I am aware of is the crack on the passenger mirror housing in the picture and it doesn't affect the functioning of the mirror. The truck does not have any service or warning lights on and everything functions as it should. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the truck in person and are more than welcome to test drive it before bidding or buying. This is a used vehicle and has normal signs of use but no glaring defects, scratches or dents. If the truck is bought out of state the buyer sets up shipping and the truck does not leave until the payment is cleared. I can pick up a buyer at Albany Airport or any other agreed upon place if needed. KBB puts this truck at $34,000-$36,000 for a private party sale with all of the factory options.
