2003 Ford Ranger XLT Description

Great truck, strong running 5L V8 out of a 2000 Explorer that is tight, quiet and no smoke and no leaks. Had only 90K miles when pulled from the wrecked Explorer so prob not even 2000 miles since then.Body has about 160K.

Just spent $2400 on a completely rebuilt transmission with new torque converter and have all receipts in hand(only 200 miles ago!) andthe 8.8" limited slip rear is new. Very clean inside and out, original paint, zero rust, solid and straight truck with lots of upgrades. Has a ton of detail work recently redone such as new window scraperseals, new headliner, armrest recovered, new third brake light, new headlights, new grill and emblem (not painted or installed yet), touch screen stereo, new shocks, 4" lift, full alignment with real axle alignment, etc. This truck is driven daily but still needs a couple things like: speedo hooked up, second O2 sensor, front ABS sensors, rear half of exhaust finished, AC is cold but the blower fan is intermittent, cruise control switches on steering wheel. Wheels are plastic dipped black finish so they are actually white and Jeep lug pattern so she also has spacers on there right now. Has SCT tuner as well.

Was beginning to build a prerunner projectwith my Son but he has already gotten 2 tickets and 7 points in his first 2 months of driving so the truck is getting sold and he's coming off our insurance- can't afford to insure him until he gets his record clean again (such is life). Need to sell- make an offer!
