This is a 2 family owned, beautiful Excursion. 1st owner purchased it new in dry Texas and kept it for 2 years and 36K miles. He traded it in and it was sent to auction where a dealership in UT purchased it and sold it to 2nd owner in Southern CA (a prison warden) who purchased it as a secondary vehicle, kept it in his garage and drove it mostly on weekends and occasionally to work (where it was also indoors). He kept it from 2004-2014 and never even towed with it. He felt it was too nice to have kids in, so never used it to haul his teenage children in or any pets. In his 10 years of ownership he put less than 10K miles on it!! When he retired, he decided to move to Maui, and sold it to his sister and her husband at 46K miles. It was bone stock at that time. Brother in Law ( a helicopter pilot, and very meticulouus) did the 6" lift, 20" wheels, stereo head unit, and flip down DVD monitors. All this was done in the past 2 years and 5K miles. He also kept it in the garage and had no young kids or pets in it. Both brothers babied this SUV and didn't abuse it in any way and only hand washed and waxed it. It still smells like new leather inside. So this is a 2 family owned, immaculate, garage kept 7.3 with owners manuals, 2 keys and 2 remotes, and OCD maintained its whole life!! There are $13K in extras and preventative maintenance on this truck explained below that no other 7.3 Excursion listed has done to them. Any wear item was always replaced before needed. This is the cream of the crop, nicest 7.3 Excursion you will EVER find! Period. In the past few years I have sold several very clean, low mileage 7.3 Powerstroke trucks & Excursions here on eBay, so I am very familiar with the current market for immaculate ones that are above and beyond the less expensive ones. ALL you will find for less, will not be anywhere close to what I choose to deal with. I deal in the cream of the crop 7.3's and don't just clean them and list them like the others. I typically look at 25-30 before purchasing 1. It took me almost a year of negotiating to get this Excursion bought. People that have nice ones know what they have and low mileage ones bring a huge amount of money. There was one a few months ago that sold on ebay with 22K miles (auction # 182498264819) that sold for $52,600 that was not nearly as clean as this one. One sold last week with 76K miles for $40,300 ( auction # 282494126823) that had a 1 paragraph ad, and only a few relatively poor pictures, not even one of the engine box!! This is why I write so much and take so many pictures, so you, the buyer, know exactly what you are buying!! Any good Excursion 4WD with under 100K miles that is well taken care of, brings over $40K, and none of them will have the preventative maintenance that mine has that you will read about below. There is a company that takes Super Duty trucks and turns them into Excursions and charges $50K to do so and they are booked up with a waiting list. You can find them on the internet. Look at the other 7.3's available....any underside pictures? A thorough, detailed description? Has the 3 quarts of injector HPOP oil been changed frequently? (99 out of 100 7.3's it has never been changed, which is what ruins the expensive injectors!!), has the proper coolant been used and drained from the block as well as the radiator and reservoir? You get what you pay for.... this truck needs nothing and everything has always been done before needed as preventative maintenance, rather than because truck needed it, and done properly. Oil is clear, coolant is clean with proper SCA additive. This is a no worry truck, unlike the others out there. Pride of ownership is evident everywhere on this truck. There is not a nicer, 7.3 4WD Excursion Powerstroke Limited available for this price, I can honestly say that, because there are none other like this one. Any you find for less will have dents, leaks, scratches, worn interiors, and wear all over. Look around, you'll waste a great deal of time and then see what I am talking about. Yes, you can buy one of these for around $30K or less (and usually from the rust belt), but they won't be anywhere close to this truck and still will not be a garaged, immaculately maintained and a well optioned and upgraded Excursion like this one. If you don't know the history of the 7.3 Power Stroke, please use Google. I get a kick out of people that message me saying they can get an 05 for what I am asking for my 7.3's. An 05 is a 6.0, I would not take another 6.0 if someone gave it to me. The Excursion was only made from 2000-2005. Again, use Google if you don't know about diesels, or the difference between gas and diesel trucks. I am not going to spend more time and space here explaining diesel vs. gas or how bad the other diesels are as it is well known and easily searchable if you don't personally already know. Nothing overlooked on this truck, There is plenty of junk out there if you want a cheapo that needs a huge amount of expensive work, but will never equate to a truck such as this that has been properly preserved and maintained. Buy one of the junkers, change the oil 5X after running it, and it still won't be clean and never will be. I am a distributor for many companies, specializing in 7.3 upgrades, and preventative maintenance items such as supplemental coolant, transmission, and oil bypass filters, larger transmission coolers, turbo upgrades, tuners, etc. This is a 2001 Excursion 4x4 Limited. The 2001 models were the 2nd to last full year of the bullet proof 7.3 Powerstrokes and the first year of the high torque starter, and the first year of the better looking and more comfortable heated seats with the extra padding. Rare to see optioned with the Limited Package without the two tone, heated seats, traction lock rear differential, power windows, equipment group, factory side steps, fog lights, back up sensors, seating for 8, and the 4X4 Off-Road Package. Very few were built with these options and with out the two tone. It has only been driven by mature adults and never used as a work vehicle or beaten up. This truck has rarely even towed anything its whole life other than a small 3K lbs fresh water fishing boat a hand full of times. When brother bought it in 2004 it still had the original Ford plastic insert that breaks off when removed when it has a hitch receiver installed for the first time!! Has the factory tow package with class 5 hitch rated for 11K lbs, and can tow more with weight distribution. It has been hand waxed and washed and it shows. There are no swirls, or fading at all. It has never been abused and always was used as a secondary vehicle, hence the very low miles for a 7.3. Never used as a work truck and always garaged. 52K miles is almost all freeway (and not even broken in for a 7.3 Powerstroke). Oil changes on time or every six months, what ever came first. Transmission fluid, rear end fluid, power steering fluid, fuel filter, and Motorcraft green coolant/distilled water, thermostat, radiator cap, etc are new as is the serpentine belt, hoses (including heater hoses which are often overlooked), batteries, front and rear wiper blades, etc. Water pump does not leak or seep. Truck needs absolutely nothing. Nothing at ALL!! Hop in and go anywhere!! It runs and drives perfect and has no leaks, seeps, drips, or issues. Even after driving the truck for several hours there are no seeps what so ever. THE TRUCK FIRES UP EVERY TIME, FIRST TIME. THE GLOW PLUGS AND INJECTORS HAVE ALL BEEN TESTED AND ARE WORKING PERFECTLY. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO DRIVE THIS TRUCK ACROSS THE COUNTRY!! There are no codes when scanned. Why save a few dollars and buy someone else's problems and have to put thousands of dollars into something you just bought? This incredible Excursion has always been driven only on nice days since new and garage kept. All freeway miles and only on nice weather trips. Pride of ownership and maintenance shows in every aspect of this truck! Never in the snow or salt. The truck from top to bottom is immaculately clean which is very evident, including underside and engine box!! A machine buffer or machine car wash this truck has never seen. No faded lights, emblems, or trim, like all the others out there. Most have chalky weather beaten trim, emblems and moldings, these are all really nice. Truck comes with original carpeted floor mats that have kept carpet like new. Not driven on gravel roads or in the mud. Underside alone speaks volumes about this truck. I own a high end automotive shop that has been in business for 20+ years and am VERY particular with all vehicles I choose to deal with and this Excursion is over the top. It has never been abused, mudded, raced, damaged or driven by kids, etc, since built. All original body panels look great and paint is like a mirror. No rust, scrapes, dents, dings, scratches, and no curb rash on the immaculate, polished 20" forged wheels and brand new (less than 200 miles) E load rated Kuhmo 37/13.50/20 tires. They ride very smooth and there is no rubbing. This truck is absolutely exceptional through out. Body panels and paint are amazing. You can literally shave in the reflection of the paint!! In my 20+ years in the automotive business, I have rarely seen, owned, or driven a nicer built and well balanced truck that is so fantastically preserved and taken care of. You can literally eat of any part of the engine box, underside, or interior. I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, Shelby's, Big Block's, Boss's, Pantera's, Saleen's, Roush's, Cobra's. Lightning's etc, mostly collector models, and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) kept in this condition. This is the perfect tow vehicle for your collector car. It will tow like there is nothing behind it and turns heads where ever you go. Suspension and steering is smooth and not bouncy or twitchy when driving down the road, or on the freeway. Does not wander when on freeway. Excursion is appraised and insured for $50K on a collector car policy and it is $778 per year for full coverage and agreed value of $50K. Most insurance companies will do the same for you and insure it as a collector vehicle and you can still tow with it!! Oil has been changed every year or 2K miles which ever came first. Only correct 15W-40 oil used. Upper reservoir sucked out so that all oil gets changed. It has always been started up and allowed to get up to operating temperature every few weeks, then driven around the block to keep all seals lubricated and to keep everything in operating condition when not taken on long trips. Every tank of diesel has had Archoil fuel additive since 2004 which has kept injectors perfect with today's low sulfur diesels. Each oil change has had 16oz of Archoil AR9100 added which makes a big differenc eon these 7.3's as far as smoothness, quietness, and better MPG. Always warehoused or garaged. Nothing leaks, drips, or seeps. No warning lights illuminated on the cluster. Everything works as new. No sweat marks, stains, smells, fading etc on any exterior, or interior. Seats are like new and have been covered with seat covers since new. Leather still supple and smells and looks new. Foam is firm and not worn down like most. It really looks, drives and feels like a near new truck. Carpets are excellent and covered since new. All lights work. In-dash Sony CD player (also has remote) works perfectly and plays DVD's on it and other 2 flip down TV's and comes through all the speakers. If 2nd and 3rd row back seat passenger's choose to watch something else, listen to music, or play video games independently of the front, they can in comfort while not bothering anyone else with their own headphones and remotes! TV monitors are crystal clear and are 2015 models with 11.2" screens, not 10 year old technology. Owners manuals are included too. Stereo has Bluetooth so you can talk on the phone while driving and a back up cam that automatically shows behind you with guidance lines when put gear selector in reverse. Suspension was carefully chosen to give the extra height and improved looks and maintains a smooth ride with adjustable shocks that on the smoothest setting are actually smoother than stock. Entire suspension system has less than 5K miles on it and is less than 2 years old. There is no wandering, or looseness. It is a very nice set up and not too high where it is hard to get in and out of. Wheels are light weight, but strong forged polished units with black inserts. Tires are brand new E load rated 37X13.50X R20 Kuhmo Road Venture MT's and are very quiet and smooth with no vibrations. They have less than 200 miles on them. Brake rotors and pads front and rear look like new and have been coated with high temperature coating to prevent rust. Underside has always been kept clean and dressed with protectant. Exhaust is a turbo back 4" mandrel bent Banks system and still quiet, but gives an extra 45hp and a 2-3 MPG improvement. Grill, Harley smoked headlights, upper and lower bumpers and lower valance have been updated to the 2005-2007 to give a fresher, cleaner look. Was not in an accident (see Carfax) just updated to look more modern. Tail lights have been updated to smoked units and again, they were bolt in, nothing was cut if you want to return to original. Lastly, the mirrors have been updated to 2016 heated, turn signal power folding units. This makes a huge difference when parking or pulling into tight spots as you press the button next to the power port plug on the dash and it folds the mirrors in. They are also heated and they work with the factory defroster switch. Turn signals and running lights work perfectly too. This is a very expensive, but worthy addition. Thoseare the only deviations from stock. ALL ELSE STOCK (other than preventative maintenance!! ) Never has had a tuner installed or aftermarket air intake. Viton Turbo pedestal seals, HPOP seals, fuel bowl seals, (all these very important to have upgraded as the original rubber ones will eventually crack) engine oil, fuel filter, front and rear differential fluids, power steering fluid, and Green Motorcraft coolant with SCA additive and distilled water are all fresh. A/C blows ice cold front and rear!! It starts the first time, EVERY time. Tires have less than 200 miles on them.There is $13K+ in upgrades and preventative maintenance described in this paragraph alone. Get a super low mileage one, and you will be replacing all this eventually. this truck it is all done for you already, where there are no future worries. I am not kidding when I say this truck needs nothing. I am very thorough with these trucks and know them well. No one else pays attention to the details that I do that sells these trucks, or spends the time to take the amount of pictures I do, videos, and description!! Original seat belts are not hard as a rock like most and still supple with original silk screening that still looks new. All retractors work properly too. Interior even still has the new truck smell. You simply can NOT find another one like this!!! This is a one in a million truck, hands down. Again, pay a little more and get a LOT more...I take the amount of pictures I do, videos, and write the small novel that I do so that the buyer can feel 100% confident on what they are getting with no worries or concerns. Underside, and inside of wheels detailed and cleaned frequently since new as is the exterior and interior. Carpet has never been shampooed, spilled on, and still looks like new with no fading, or unraveling . Inside of truck still smells like new!! Original jack, tire iron, and mounting hardware all original, never used and look new with original stickers. Everything works like it is supposed to. No sticky door locks, slow window motors, etc. Just look at the pictures, they really explain this gorgeous Excursion, hands down, better than I can. Ice cold A/C as stated before. Does not run hot when A/C is on. I find I actually have to turn the A/C to a higher setting after 10 minutes even in 120 degree heat as I start shivering in this truck with A/C on full blast!! Belt does not moan or squeal like some do with the A/C on. Does not overheat even in 120+ degree weather. Coolant changed every 2 years with proper Ford Motorcraft green coolant, distilled water, and Ford SCA diesel additive even when driven little and flushed last year including from the block. No exhaust leaks from anywhere, including up pipes like many have. Sounds fantastic with absolutely no odd noises or issues! Truck has never had an aftermarket air intake, or tuner installed or been beat on like most, or the turbo overheated by towing too much (look at the ones for sale with discolored, brownish coating on the turbo and Y-pipe, where the EGT's were not payed attention too). NO EXHAUST LEAKS FROM UP-PIPES OR TURBO LIKE MANY HAVE!! Has no problems starting in cold weather either. It is very powerful and sounds great. Most of these trucks don't drive as good as they look, this one absolutely does! I have owned, bought, sold, or consigned 50+ Super Duty and Excursion 7.3 Powerstroke diesels over the years, and unfortunately 3 6.0 and 6.4's, 2 V10's (horrible engines!!), and quite a few Lightnings, and this truck runs, sounds and drives better than most of them, honestly, plus doesn't cost a fortune to maintain like the newer diesels. I have not owned a 6.7, but have no interest after hearing horror stories from friends that have owned them and complained about ridiculous maintenance costs and a few that have caught on fire. Who wants to replace expensive particulate filters every 40-60K miles at a cost of over $4K+ and add diesel exhaust fluid consistently anyway, and wait for the truck to regenerate constantly.....not me!! The 7.3 is simple and easy to maintain and does not have tons of sensors like the new ones that go out and are very expensive to replace. The 7.3 omes from the factory with no catalytic converter, no diesel particulate filter, no DEF fluid, and all the other power robbing, expensive to maintain items on the 03.5+ diesels!! You are basically looking at a near new truck for 1/3 the price (comparable truck actually $78K+ for a new junk diesel!!) of a comparable new one with out all the issues of the new ones. You can't even get an Excursion either (unless you pay the outfit $50K to do a Excursion conversion) on a Super Duty. The 7.3 Powerstrokes are going UP in value while the minute you drive off the lot in any new diesel you've already lost money!! Truck is meant to be driven and enjoyed. It has never sat for more than 2 weeks with out being started up, let get up to operating temperature, and driven. This is very important on a 7.3. Beware of low mileage ones that have sat for months at a time that have dried up seals or the re-sellers setting the miles back in areas where the trucks don't get inspections. This is a truck always maintained with an open wallet. This truck drives VERY well. No hesitations, back-fires, pops, squeaks, and is not all over the road like most others for sale. Looks, drives and feels like a new vehicle. You will not find a nicer 7.3 4X4 Powerstroke Excursion for the money!! It is truly immaculate. The suspension is responsive and tight, steering is tight, and transmission is tight with no slippage or delayed shifts. Shifter not loose like many. Anytime something needed attention, it was addressed right away. Never has been abused and never towed anything it's whole life besides a less than 3K lbs fresh water fishing boat a few times. Brakes are adjusted properly, and it stops very well and straight. Does not wander, shimmy, or have wind noise, even at 85 MPH on the freeway. There is not a nicer, low mileage, best year 7.3 Powerstroke Excursion out there! Never abused and was never a daily driver (even when new it was one of multiple vehicles ). All work has been professionally done on this truck since new. Has been garaged its whole life and babied. It is very powerful, reliable, and nothing has been overlooked for longevity, tastefulness, and durability. Both keys/ 2 remotes, owners manuals/handouts, jack and spare tire instructions,4x4 offroad guide, etc etc come with the truck. Truck is super smooth! It is very quiet, even on the freeway. You won't find a nicer, needs nothing 7.3 Excursion anywhere!! You arebetteroff getting one of these trucks that have been driven, properly broken in, and properly maintained than one with super low miles that has not been properlystoredor has dried up seals because of incorrect storage and maintenance. Nothing leaks or seeps on this truck and it burns no oil. No black smoke when you step on it. (Look at my videos for video of oil cap off on engine, no blow-by). Again, truck does not leak or seep a drop of anything. All lights, including hood light work like they should. Starts right up, first time, every time. Idles smoothly with nice deep exhaust tone. No hesitations or skips. Very smooth power. Gets great MPG too, 18+ MPG in town, and 24+ MPG on the freeway driving easy. If you set the cruise control at 2050 RPM (7.3's sweet spot) on level ground it will get 24+ MPG!! I have towed with these 7.3's with tires aired up, and using an additive and have got over 20 MPG while towing!! Carpet, seats, and original console covered when driven. Ashtray and cigarette lighter never used, not even for coins or junk to mar the ashtray! Cup holder is not broken like most and pops out of dash correctly. No rattles or wind noise!! Excursion will seat 8 comfortably. I know I keep saying it, you will not find a nicer 7.3 4X4 Excursion for the money!! Look at the undersides on others for sale (if they even have underside pictures) they are usually rusty, oily, bent up, and filthy ( and sometimes people even spray can them all over the hoses, bolts and floor pans!!!), interiors worn and dirty, worn seats and the engine boxes look awful with all aluminum corroded etc etc. Please take the time to look at my 200+ pictures & videos and you will see the difference between this one and the others out there for sale. You DO get what you pay for in this case!! Fully loaded and amazingly clean from top to bottom. No surprises or disappointments with this truck. Ebony Black Clearcoat paint shines like new and has been waxed regularly (you can literally shave in it) and always garaged. No fading or thin spots anywhere. It is drop dead gorgeous. Much more durable and deep looking than today's water base paints. Look at the reflections (hard to photograph with the glare from the reflections, so I took some pictures in the sun, and some in the shade). Never been put on a lift incorrectly, never been bottomed out. Engine box, wheels, underside, and cargo area also kept clean and detailed. It looks like it was toothbrush detailed since new. Look at the underside and frame rails. Many original markings and stickers still visible on underside. Never a bent body panel, floor pan, or frame rail and never any body damage or paint work that I can tell. All original Ford Carlite tinted privacy glass, except windshield that has been replaced and looks like new with no pitting, cracks, or chips. No dents, dings, paintwork, or scrapes anywhere on the body that I can see. The only flaws I can even think of, most would never even notice...there are a few spots through out where there were very small minor chips that have been touched up with original Ford match touch up paint and compounded (very few, less than 5), and there are a few scratches on the running boards that have been touched up. There is a scratch on the leather portion of the steering wheel as shown that looks like someone with a sharp fingernail gouged it slightly when getting in truck. It looks like someone wiped the lower dash below headlight switch with a cleaner that discolored a small area of the dash as shown (any trim shop can match and blend this if it bothers you.) and there is one headliner pin that is missing that I have on order from Ford and will install. There is nothing else I can think of that this truck needs or any thing else to really consider a flaw....No accidents or paintwork anywhere on the body that I can see (again, see Carfax pictures). Once again, no dings, gouges, scrapes,or dents. Front and rear bumpers are immaculate with no dents, scuffs, or scrapes. He had clip on mudflaps that I removed which kept the areas behind wheel wells perfect. You rarely will see an interior this immaculate. Again, I am VERY picky (I am told the pickiest person that all of my friends know) and believe in being 100% honest about each and any flaw or issue I can find and I go over these trucks very thoroughly. I know myself, that I want to know everything about something I am buying before I buy it, so I treat others in the same manner and respect. This truck looks and drives like a 20K mile, 2 year old, well taken care of SUV to put it into perspective. The truck is nicer, drives much better, and way better maintained and kept detailed over any other 7.3 4X4 Excursion out there. Everything works like it should and properly. Again, please take the time to look at the 200+ detailed pictures and videos. This is very clean throughout and a thrill to drive. More reliable and durable than all the new diesels out there with out all the maintenance nightmares of the new ones. It has power to spare and is tight, quiet, and comfortable. Google the 7.3 Powerstroke and you will see that they are considered the BEST diesel ever put in a truck! I know these 7.3's exceptionally well as I have owned and worked on quite a few over the years. Look at the others out there for sale, they don't compare to this one at all. NOT at all.......You get what you pay for. Ask questions if you have them if you are serious, I am very easy to deal with, and am happy to talk on the phone about this impeccable truck from top to bottom. I am very easy to deal with and very passionate about these 7.3's as you can probably tell by now if you are still reading!! Truck is VERY clean top to bottom. Steering wheel looks and feels great and airbag pads are not warped. Horn and cruise control both work perfectly. Lighter never used, and truck has never been smoked in to my knowledge as it still has the new car leather smell inside. All lighting in the gauge cluster and on switches all work perfectly. All power options work perfect. Power windows smoothly glide up and down smoothly with no clunks or skips. Power door locks work like they should and don't catch like most. 2 keys and 2 alarmremotes with no worn buttons. No wind noise or leaks when truck is washed. Mirrors work in all directions and the glass doesn't rattle like some when you are driving the truck. Doors close tightly. Speedometer works perfect and doesn't bounce or stick like most. All gauges work perfectly and are accurate. All lights work both interior and exterior. Truck just turned 52K miles, which is not even broken in for a 7.3 Powerstroke. Last oil change done 100 miles ago. I took a picture of how the upper oil reservoir was drained in this truck and the fresh Rotella 15-40 oil, Archoil oil additive, fuel additive, and Motorcraft oil filter. I put a minimum of 400 miles on each and every 7.3 I get and make sure anything that bothered me during those miles gets fixed....anything from a simple rattle, shimmy, dirt, bulb, etc. Once I make sure everything meets my nit-pick-i-ness, truck goes into storage until sold and then started up and driven every two weeks (they usually sell before then!!). These 7.3 Powerstrokes are well known to be the best diesel ever installed in a truck and are often called the "million mile motor''. With proper maintenance there are quite a few out there with even more than than 1 million miles!! Ambulance companies love these and still have many in service as they are frustrated like everyone else with the issues with the newer diesels. Some of the local ones here in CA have over 1.5 million miles and sill going strong and surpassing the other diesels many times over!! Ford has not been able to produce a diesel since, or even close to a 7.3, and the others (Dodge and GM) may have OK diesel engines, but, the trucks that the engines are in can't seem to stay together!! All lock cylinders are original to the truck and work smoothly with no binds, including tailgate lock. Look at how well all the body panels and windows line up!! All original trim, weatherstrips, lights and emblems are in excellent condition and not faded, chalky, cracked, or deteriorating like most others. Every correct clip, nut, bolt, rivet, plug, sticker, rubber bumper, etc is correct on this truck!! This is not a clean up and sell, everything is as correct as possible and has been since new. Care, thought, a huge amount of time, passion, and attention to detail is present on every aspect of this Excursion and has always been babied, detailed frequently, and waxed often. GORGEOUS COLOR COMBINATION!! Always kept indoors when not being driven. Fits in most home garages, less than 20 ft long) ) and is easy to maneuver while taking the whole family not only in comfort, but know you will get there!! Truck is available for inspection and can be driven or shipped anywhere. Out of country buyers welcome too, if you arrange shipping from the Long Beach Port. I can have the truck delivered to the Long Beach Port, included with BUY IT NOW. Clear CA title in hand. CA registration expired at the end of December, 2016. I did not renew it as this will most likely go out of state. If you choose to drive this home, you can get a one trip permit from the DMV. It has spent all of its in nice weather, and never in snow. I have used several reputable shipping companies that are insured and bonded over the years with no issues, and will be happy to arrange for a serious buyer with BUY IT NOW at your expense (you pay your 1/2 to shipping company when truck arrives), or you can fly in and drive it home and enjoy a little vacation. As explained before, I will pay half of either anywhere in the lower 48 states. In my experience shipping ranges from $250-1100 to any of the lower 48 states. Don't wait, once this beauty is scooped up, it is gone and you will never find another like it!! I am very familiar with the 7.3 Powerstroke market. Original owner's manuals, and handouts come with the truck, as well as both keys/remotes, etc. This Excursion Limited 4X4 runs and drives excellent and has never been abused. There are no odd odors, odd rattles, or odd noises. You can drive this gem anywhere. Mileage may also varyminimallyas truck may be driven for test drives and/or inspections, but of course still kept indoors when not being driven. This is not your average $30K or less 7.3 4X4 Excursion with lots of miles that you can find that needs $10K+ worth of work and still won't be as nice as this one. Why buy someone else's problems? Viton seals, and suspension already refreshed and upgraded, tires new, all fluids and filters new, batteries, wiper blades, etc etc...truck doesn't need a thing. This Excursion Limited is a no excuse, honest truck, that needs nothing. It will only continue to go up in value if kept in this condition, unlike a new truck that starts going down in value the minute you drive it off the lot. Vehicles such as this from my experience are a much more solid investment than the stock market. Clean 7.3 Powerstrokes (especially Excursions) have been going UP in value due to all the terrible (and expensive!!) new diesels and SUV's out there now. The nice ones have gone up 60-70% in the last 6 months. Diesel fuel is less cost that regular gas too. People consider the 7.3 Powerstroke to be the best diesel ever installed in a truck in the history of diesel trucks, and we will never see another diesel like the 7.3 Powerstroke!! Oil in this truck has been changed frequently (both upper and lower reservoirs) and the oil is clean. In 7.3's that have not been maintained, the oil will not be clean like this and never will be. The nice ones will keep going up in value when in the condition and desirability of this one. Remember, you get what you pay for, this beauty does not need ANYTHING!! The paint, color combination and upgrades are simply stunning and the options make it a pleasure to drive and it turns heads where ever you go. The turbo is amazing and has power to spare. People stop at gas stations and make comments on how immaculate it is. Be the envy of your friends and neighbors!No excuses, issues, or stories with this truck.
