Our lending institution has possession of the vehicle and I took the pictures outside my residence. This SUV appears to be very clean with a straight body. The vehicle comes with a clean Arizona title. Vehicle starts up just fine. Runs and drives normal.

Noticeable items:
-A/C blows warm air, does not get cold.-Driver power seat not working.-Passenger rear window not working. All other windows operate.
