2002 Ford Ranger Description

Looking for a decent 4x4 Ext cab Ford Ranger with mud tires nearly new. This is it! The truck has over 241,000 miles on it; however the engine was just changed out, with a low mileage engine, with around 80,000 on it now. ( Jan. and it came out of a 2007 Ford Mustang) The transmission was changed out with a low mileage one in May of this year. I just had the front end worked on and a new tie rod end and ball joints put in before it was lined up in May. The air is cold and the heater is hot. The 4x4 works great never been hung in the six years I have owned the truck. I think we have had it six years maybe longer. Now the body isn't perfect there are a couple of rust spots on the rear cab corner areas. My husband backed right into a tree and dinted the bumper and bed and broke a tail light on the drivers side. The lights still all work. The hood has a small busted place about the grill and the grill is broken some where. The plastic under the front bumper is dented and torn. There is a large scrap on the windshield that was there when we bought it. One of the rear wheels grabs from time to time when you hit the brakes. Probably out of adjustment. Brakes work other than that. Radio works and horn blows. Mechanically sound in my opinion but just not perfect looks wise. I wouldn't care to take off across the country in it. It drives and runs great.
Come look at the truck if you want and drive it and even take it to a mechanic and have it checked out at your will.
Understand that if you buy the truck it is as is where is and the title has to be transferred when you come to pick it up. I will take you to the courthouse and you can do it right here.
