Everything on this Excursion is brand new. I bought it 2 months ago, the rebuilt motor had a piston hit a valve and break, so rather than have one rebuilt, I bought a brand new engine directly from Ford, installed 3 weeks ago at Earnhardt, has a factory ford warranty for the next 2 years at ANY Ford Dealer in the USA
No it is not bulletproofed or EGR deleted, is just passed emissions. It has an SCT Tuner, but the truck is flashed to stock to keep the warranty on the new engine. ARP Head stud kit comes with the engine, so in 2 years when the factory warranty is up, you can stud the truck if you want.
I just put on brand new Nitto ExoGrapplers last week at discount tire, they have the replacement warranty also.

Im selling this to buy a 2015 Excursion conversion, they take a new F2/350 and put an excursion body on it, cost $70-80k.
Cooling system:Water pump and thermostat replaced, overflow tank replacedand new cap installed, aluminum radiator installed cooling
Turbo:Removed, cleaned and reconditioned, reused plastic cold side pipe replaced with metal unit all bootsreplaced with Riff Raff reinforced silicone boots.
Fueling:Frame mounted fuel pump (HFCM) replaced with a Racor unit, FPR replaced and updated blue springinstalled
FICM voltage steady at 48 volts.
Exhaust: Down pipe back Magnaflow exhaust with cat (stealth delete) stillpasses emissions with this system.
Tuning/Gauges:SCT X4 with WPE Diesel tunes in addition to canned SCT tunes X4 used as monitor with EGT kit installed as well.
Transmission:Jasper remanufactured5R110 Torqshift transmission serviced(fluid and filter replaced).
