2002 Ford F-150 XLT Description

This was a great work truck for us, but it now has a transmission or torque converter issue that we don't want to fix. The engine must be revved up in order for the car to get rolling and clunk into first gear. This is the extended cab version and is four wheel drive. Has a towing package and brake controller. Has some rust, but nothing that significant. Check Engine light is NOT on.
Here are all of the other issues:

Fuel gauge does not work
A/C needs a new hose from compressor to firewall
Steering box leaks and needs repair or replacement
Has a crack along the bottom of the windshield (has been there for years and passes PA insp. as-is)
Some rust along many bottom edges of body - see in pics

Tires are new this year. Great sound system with 2 sub-woofers under the rear seats. Six foot bed has a bedliner. The cap is in good shape but is missing the rear window glass.
PA Inspection expires end of Aug. 2017.
