This 1965 Ford Galaxie 500 XL 390, 4-speed Convertible is a rare find. It is an excellent candidate for a restoration.
Stored inside a barn for over 30 years in the dry Colorado climate, the metal and interior have been well preserved. There is very minimal rust in the rear quarters as to be expected, and the rest of the car is solid, including the underside, floor pans, trunk and overall body.
The 390 engine hasn't been started in several years, but it was running when parked and the motor turns without any problem. It shouldn't take much to get it going again.
The interior is in usable condition for driver quality and could use a good detailing. It will definitely need a new convertible top and carpet to make it nice.
Lots of loose parts in the trunk and extra quarters (for patch panels) as pictured above and in the extra album shown below.

We have a title to this car, which was signed by the previous buyer and seller a few transactions back, which you can have for your use. You could no doubt get this cleared up with a title service or just get a new one on order.
We are located just north of Denver near Longmont, Colorado. There is plenty of room for any kind of transport truck to access the car if needed. We have plenty of room to store it for you until you can get it picked up.
