2012 Ford Fusion sel Description

2013 Fusion SEL Luxury Package. Downsizing, selling my third car (I left at our third property). Garage kept, non-smoker, original owner. I get ~36 mpg on highway, and ~32 around town, exceeding the EPA rating. All scheduled maintenance (warranty was to 75k, but time expired) current by FORD, including oil changes.
Highway miles, A/C ice cold, Interior is excellent shape. No frame damage, no accidents, only few minor parking lot scratches on front bumper (retouched already seen on photo for honesty).
Perfect first car, VERY reliable and economical. Original exterior preservation by IBEX (environmentally friendly products), was covered for any dents or tire damage its entire life. VERY CLEAN ENGINE COMPARTMENT. Battery 1 year (Ford replaced) old. Rain sensing wipers, send navigation through the Internet to the car, SIRIUS Radio with top Sony enhanced sound system. Plenty of brakes, etc. (Should replace tires for snowy winter.)
Have a full set of FORD all-season mats that are custom for the Fusion (and driver's locks into place for safety). Keyless entry, child safety locks, remote trunk release, ABS, side airbags, traction control, electronic parking aid (parallel parks the car by itself), anti-theft, separate driver and passenger temp controls, telescoping tilting steering, leather covered steering wheel, driver multi-adjustment seat, power moon roof, automatic headlights with running lights, fog lights, heated side mirrors, rear spoiler, power door locks and windows. 3 entry keys, including 2 original, plus the "keyless entry" programming code card. All Manuals.
No floods, no mold, mildew, only a very clean car, well kept. Would be comfortable right now to get in and have my child drive it coast to coast. No weird sounds, no anticipation of anything going wrong (I know these cars pretty well). Local cashier's check only.
