1981 Ford F-100 Description

Here is a rust free, unabused, and original Ford truck. 300 cubic inch 6 cylinder, 4 speed trans with a "granny" first. No A/C. Just put new tires on it ($440), carb rebuilt professionally ($230), new points, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, oil, oil filter, air filter, and wiper blades. Everything I just listed was put on this truck one month ago as it was used on the television pilot "Infamous" so it had to be up and running well. This is a California truck but wearing South Carolina plates as it was going to become my brother in laws. Plans changed so here it is for sale. Paint is all original with no resprays ever. Some discoloration on hood and also something was spilt on back of bed on passenger side that discolored some paint. There is also a decal that needs to come off. There is a smooth dent at bottom lower passenger side bed just before rear wheel which is hard to see in the pics because paint did not get scratched when what ever happened happened. Heater core is bypassed so probably needs a new one. Front bumper very nice, rear bumper needs paint. Tail gate has small dent in it and paint needs to be rubbed out to match rest of truck. This truck had a bed cap on it and the black stuff pictured at tops of bed is a black sponge remnant that comes off with some rubbing. I have racked up about 600 miles on this truck and it rides quite nice surprisingly, probably due to light duty suspension. Original steering wheel was gone when I bought it and the silly thing on it should be changed. Dash is cracked in multiple places and front bench is cracking and torn under blanket.
