1964 Ford Thunderbird Description

Up for auction is my daily driven 64 T-bird. Runs and drives very well. Car has lots of new parts including brakes, brake lines, fuel tank, fuel lines, carpet and Edelbrock carb. Dual exhaust with glasspacks were done a year ago and sounds good. The interior is in good shape with normal wear and tear for a car this age, the back seat looks like it was never sat in. Car has factory tilt away steering wheel and power steering. All lights and gauges work but radio does not. Would recommend new tires eventually due to dry rot. On a side note... when previous owner put in a new fuel tank they did not put in a new filler neck therefore if you top her off she leaks a little. I just never filled the tank and it did not bother me. Passenger rear window does not go down but can hear motor and every now and then the front passenger window switch is stubborn when you want to put the window up. There was a rust repair done in the trunk with new metal. The rest of the car is nearly rust free. In closing I wouldn't hesitate driving this car anywhere. Engine was painted when top end was rebuilt some time ago. Please email any questions. i'm not asking a mint for it, just offering a good car at a really good price!
